We stopped in for Coffee. It did not go well.All of the sweeteners, creams etc. are kept behind the counter. This is no self-serve bar where one can fix their own coffee. So, once we paid and realized this, we asked for cream. They wanted to put it in and we said no. They gave us a small cup. Now we realize.. too much coffee in the cup (they did NOT ask us 'room for cream?'. So, we poured some out in the trash can. I had a tire blow out on my way home (Indpls, IN) on a Sunday evening. I had to stay over in Effingham. My hotel's internet was out and I needed to get some work done while I waited for a tire-service to arrive to fix my car and get me on my way. The staff here is super-friendly and very understanding. I ordered breakfast and then later had a pumpkin-spice latte. All good. Internet service was my life-line for work and communicating with the tire service.
