There were bugs on the shelf behind us and they were flying into our food. The food itself wasn't bad I guess, but the best thing about the entire experience was the people taking our orders, and that's just sad. My mom ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the meat was practically still frozen to the point where she couldn't eat it. My nephew refused to eat anything but the fries because his burger was also still practically frozen. I've loved DQ since I was a kid, but this just disappointed me so bad and ruined the entire memory for me.

Five star when I drove up through the drive thru immediate service. I got my food promptly. When I got done ordering waiter told me to have a good night. This experience was much better than McDonalds.

Went thru drive thru about 630 this evening (january 25th) for ice cream. Just a couple cars in front so took just a bit but the young man at the drive up was so nice, efficient, professional and thanked us for our business. I wish I would have gotten his name because he deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service! Thank you, sir, for your awesome attitude. We appreciated YOU!
Nobody in drive through in front of me, 2 people inside waiting for food.At 1206 Was told at the window to pull forward they were waiting for fries.At 1215 I went inside to see what was taking so long and they indicated they were waiting for my burger…. So which is it?….The “manager” who in appearance looked to be an entry level employee himself asked if I wanted the food remade, I didn’t want to wait an additional 10 minute for fries so I asked what else could be done. At no time was a full or partial refund offered. At no time was even so much as a free cone offered.The “manager” then says “sorry” and walks away.Terrible service initially and even worse leadership

Had to wait about 20 minutes because the oil for frying the cheese curds was not turned on prior to us arriving. The side salad they gave us was about a cup of chopped salad (turning brown) with a few pieces of chopped tomato. Not going back to this DQ.
