Quick stop close to highway, easy when traveling. The ad poster convinced to get a Shamrock mixer. Yum! You place your order via a large touch screen. Not sure how I feel about that.

The woman's bathroom is falling apart. Extremely dirty. My toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. The changing table door it being help up with Velcro. When taking my daughter and I into the large stall the door to the baby changing table feel right onto my daughter's shoulder. And when I walked out and told the 3 staff members that were upfront no one said anything and stared at my like I was stupid. I highly recommend you keep driving and go anywhere else.

Ordered through the app. The lady who brought it out was very nice and pleasant. She even smiled. Now....the food was a different story. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal with a Dr. Pepper. I received a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a diet Coke. There was ONE tiny piece of bacon on it. Now, to be fair, it was wrapped as a sausage, egg, and cheese, so I can't argue why I got it. This is just another reminder why I try to avoid McDonald's. Prices continue to go up, and service continues to go down.

Arrived at 10:40 am. Ordered qtr pounder w cheese and 2 double cheeseburgers to go. Food appeared to have been left over and microwaved from the previous night . Burgers were ice cold and buns were rock hard. I paid 17.00 for a bag of sh!t. I was too far down I39 to return. This McDonalds was the worst. (El Paso, Illinois location on Feb. 7th.)

McDonald's have gone so far down hill they just don't try anymore ? How hard is it to put a sandwich together? Just put everything together on a bun but even this task has gotten beyond their capability and don't even get me started on the fries!!! Don't even remember when I got a hot order of fries from them even got some that I swear they forgot to fry just cold and icy. We actually avoid McDonald's whenever we can and they are all basically getting that way. Too expensive for such poor quality!!!!

Used profane language in front of a 2 year old. Didn't give us straws. Oh and no food? Great service. If you grew up in a third world country.
Im usually up for McDonalds and this one did not disappoint. But the fries were on the cold side but, had the perfect amount of salt. The double quarter pounder was nice and warm but the bun was really mushy. Also when I said Thankyou at the guy when he gave me my food he never said anything, maybe I should go to DQ next time.

Sorry, it's a McDonald's. On the road and the Hardee's next door had closed down. So McDonald's filled the bill of what we needed. Something fast and this time hot. That's a plus.
