This is our “go to place”. This food is far better than any I have had! The owners are so nice, and take care of their customers! Get the steak sandwich you will not be disappointed!!!! We also had my son and his wife’s baby shower here, my family was blown away with the food!!Vegetarian options: My sister is a vegetarian and she eats here all the time and loves it!

The best Puerto Rican food in the Chicagoland area. I highly recommend this place. An overall great experience. I had few of their dishes and the food is delicious! Their portion sizes are great for the prices. I was not disappointed. Service is wonderf and very friendly. They make you feel right at home. All my family and friends love the food there. I heard about this restaurant from a friend. So I told my kids that when I come into town that I wanted to go. I live in Texas. Org from Chicago. So my son and daughter and my sister-in-law and my self went. We felt so welcomed. We were seated they came introduced themselves by their first names. We felt Very invited they were so friendly. The food was so so good you can see some of the food we ordered we had ordered five dishes. My kids loved their drinks. Will be back in the summer and will make time to go back. Can’t wait. Upon reading multiple reviews I was hesitant to leave one due to the extreme unprofessionalism from the owners reaction to poor reviews. We had a terrible experience after multiple visits here on Saturday when we were rudely told to leave because the owners fragile ego couldn’t accept the fact we didn’t want food but only wanted to get drinks. To the owner and the ones responding to messages you’re a grown man child and I hope you realize one day when you look in the mirror that your business is not the center of the world and every bad review you refuse to believe or dismay with poor responses will come up to you one day. What a joke of a businessman, go look at your cameras and tell me to bless god since that’s all you do instead of improving your manners and management ?

Im very disappointed on how we were treated on Saturday when my friends and I came to the restaurant. We came sat down wanted to get a few drinks. The server came with water and napkins with forks and I nicely informed him that we didn't need because we weren't ordering food. While me and my friends were figuring out drinks, shorty after that I recognized the owner coming up to our table telling us we can't sit here and were taking up space in his restaurant for other people to sit and that we had to leave.. there wasn't anyone waiting and there were only two other tables there. I was shocked, i didn't bother to tell them we were going to order anything because we didn't want to be there anymore. I've been here twice and they were always so nice, food isn't all that but for them to act like that, we didn't deserve that at all. They assumed we were just taking up space or whatever. Won't be giving them my business again or recommend this to anyone anymore after that, just so rude.

SO RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!! I felt such joy eating this savory food made with love! If you know Puerto Rican or Cuban cuisine, this truly is like your grandma or auntie cooked it (that means it's finger licking, 'eat past your full limit' good)! It's a cute space inside too! They are very WELCOMING from when you walk in to when you leave. The owners, waiter, and cooks. There is a variety on the menu, from Puerto Rican food, Mexican food, Cuban food, and more!!! LATIN VARIETY! We were a group of 9! They were closing soon but took their time with us without rushing which was so NICE of them. It was my birthday and they made it very special. SERVING SIZE is a lot!! They make sure to proved a lot of food for each plate! EVERYTHING WAS SOOOO GOOD!!! We will definitely be back and share with everyone we know.
