First restaurant or chain I've ever seen get tinted windows so dark you can't even tell if they are open. No visible signs saying open or active, leading to them close. Food was good but whoever made the architectural or decor decision to tint the windows so dark you can't see if it's ever open. Good job screwing it for everyone

Boston Market has become an Openly Lucrative scam that tricks customers into wanting to come for their delicious 1/2 Dark Chicken, Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, turkey, mac n cheese, green beans, rotisserie, and who can forget the cornbread, but Boston Market has a tendency to falsify their operating hours. I used to live up in unincorporated Wheaton and they would regularly close several hours prior to opening the time they are scheduled to close. Elgin has recently began implementing these practices. They used to be “a good egg” Although I haven’t had an episode of having a bad meal at the Elgin location. The food has been delicious just smaller portions at this location specifically. They have been closed a lot and one of the times I went that they were open, the boston market employee told me to come to the window and then proceeded to hide under the window and pulled out a chef puppet and proceeded to list of every item they were out of, spoiler alert it was everything besides turkey and creamed spinach which i did not know they served. He then made an Aaaaaah noise and threw the chef puppet in my car. What nonsense. Very unprofessional. This place has gone on a downhill spree ever since the guy with the Blue Subaru WRX stopped working there. He really was the glue that held the place together. Maybe he got a different car or something but whenever I stopped seeing that car there is when things fell off tbh. I love me some Botson Market but they need new Boston Market Instructors but realistically its probably not their fault with the exception of “The Chef Puppet guy” he gotta go. If they don’t act quickly I have a feeling Billy Ray Cyrus or Ed Wuncler the III will come and reorganize or just have Boston Market pull out of the Greater Chi Area all together. I hope they stop their Lucrative antics to get customers to drive several miles and hours to come to Boston Market just to get pranked and not get their delightful dish of Boston Market.

I drove there in anticipation of getting turkey slices and discovered this place was locked. The door was locked. I drove around the drive-thru and it was closed too. The placed was empty. The problem is when I call the phone number, no one answers and the catering department when speaking to them they say the place is open but no one answers the phone. Do not waste your time with Boston Markets. They mostly seem to be closed down and perhaps out of business until further notice. The next day I drove to the Boston Market in Wheaton and it was empty too and the drive-thru was blocked. Other Boston Markets do not seem to answer their phones to verify if they are open (Schaumburg, Oak Lawn, Mount Prospect)... do not waste your time and gas and go to Panera Bread instead. Boston Market should be more honest and just let us know it could be out of business or the reasons why the places are not staffed or closed so we do not waste our time calling and traveling long distances there.

This place is going downhill. It seems like a cheap version of Boston market. $15 for a foam to go container that just looked horrible. The chicken was dry and the sides didn't have any flavor. The corn bread is not made fresh anymore. This is the second time that I've been here and it keeps getting worse. This was one of my favorite restaurants to go to 3 years ago. It seems they sold it to a cheap owner that doesn't care about quality or customers. Close it down , it's really ghetto .
This should be zero stars. I placed an online order and when I went to the restaurant, the entire building appeared closed. The lights were off, the parking lot was empty and there was no one to be found. Just to check, I went into the building as the door was open and saw my order number on the TV screen. After calling out for anyone I left and called the catering line (Boston Market doesn't have a standard customer service number) to report that they had a building that was empty and unsecured. The service rep took my information after I requested a refund but didn't even try to feign concern for the situation.I have yet to hear back from the company regarding my refund for food that I never received but was charged for. I cannot believe a company can still be in business if this is how they operate (or don't).

This location is shockingly terrible. I don't even know what to say. For the first time in a while my server was actually really nice but my order was missing items and what I was given for $20 is actually insane? First of all the Mac n cheese they gave me wasn't even their brand of Mac n cheese, which is pretty distinct. It was instead some kind of old tasteless craft dinner style Mac n cheese. I ordered the half all white chicken and it was a tiny kid size portion that was cold, rubbery and tasteless. After looking at the state of things in the store and the quality of my food I honestly decided it probably wasn't even safe to keep eating it. What a waste.

I went today to go order some food I was craving i pulled up and I asked for 3 piece chicken meal and the way it was packed was horrendous the customer service was horrible i dont know if theyre understaffed or are struggling but that does not mean they can take it out on theyre customers i pay for their food and it should at least be presentable and good.The food tasted horrible if you are not capable of making good food do not open I will never go there again and i wanted some soup but it was sold out. Can you not make some soup? What does it cost for you to make some soup that people are willing to pay for? Also the corn was dryer than a desert please just serve some good food for once
