I was there ön Fri Már 8th at the steakhouse I have never had a meal so bad. First the waitress needed a lesson in friendly customer service she has such a dry conversation. We ordered our filet mignon med well. It was fully cooked my niece opted to keep hers I sent mine back. The waitress asked if she could have my steak and leave my baked potatoe on my plate. Her compromise was to have my filet butterflied so it could cook faster. I stated absolutely not I didnt t originally order it thyat way and I did nit want it to be replaced any different than my original order. We left my nieces meal and I picked mine up later at that point I only retrieved it because she had to pay even though we didn’t eat it. However, Outback was definitely so much better in every way. I will never eat there again. The casino overall has gone downhill.

We were seated right away with our favorite server, Cindy. I ordered the pork chop and my husband a new york strip. Food was amazing! Cindy was amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. We had a wonderful date night.

Went here as it was the nicest Elgin fine restaurant in downtown near a family member for a 40th birthday. Beautiful dining room and excellent food. However service was lacking. We were told on checking in that they were short handed that night. Although we certainly made allowances for them being slower than normal for lack of staff, there was zero acknowledgment of the special event, the waiter didn't even take a drink order or appetizer and went straight to the dinner order. If you were going to the casino and wanted a convenient nice locale with good food it is probably ok, but I would not recommend as a dinner only destination.

Not fine dining at all unless you don't understand fine dining.Wheelchair accessibility: Poor. And you have to hike to get to restroom.

Wait service was good but couldn't control the wait time for dinner, we were served about 45 minutes after he took the order. Also place looked crammed but it was a weekend so was busy. Would go back again maybe on a less busy day.

My wife and I went on a Saturday evening at 5:30 PM. The restaurant was busy but we had reservations. We were seated right away. While Service was a little slow, it wasn't horrible. Cocktails were average--Not too strong not too weak. French Onion Soup was very good. Entree Food was warm and delicious. Carrot cake was delicious! We will visit again.
My spouse and I dined at Buckingham's steakhouse on a Saturday evening at 5:30 PM. We did have reservations via OpenTable. We were seated right away. The restaurant was busy and our service was a little slow—but not too bad. Cocktails were average. French onion soup was delicious. Entrées were good. Carrot cake Dessert was delicious. We will be back.

Worst EVER we went in to eat I wanted a steak and my husband wanted a burger we were told the dining is for steak only so we had to eat in the bar area so we sat and not busy but we sat there for almost 15 min I asked who is going to come to serve us 2 bartenders and still no one when there were only 3 customers. We enjoyed the casino part but DISAPPOINTED at this steakhouse and finally we left!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

What the hell happened to this place? The food and service used to be the best. I thought that after caesars took over it would have stayed the same or better. The server was as dumb as a bag of rocks. Totally screwed my order up.Forgot to put my appetizer order in. Never checked up to see if we needed drinks. The food was terrible. I could have made a better steak on my Blackstone.Totally over priced for why it was.

Our waitress was very slow, inattentive and not very friendly. I ordered a $56.00 rib eye that didn't look like a rib eye and was very tough. This restaurant is not a good choice but wanted to use my reward money.
