So this is my spot in Elgin to get Wings. The New Manager is so awesome and he has the best personality . I love coming to this spot. Awesome cutomer service.

Delivery driver or a worker at this location literally ate one of my wings. I opened my lemon pepper flavor and saw a perfect imprint of a wing. Tried calling at least 8 times to inform them of the issue and nobody picks up. Rings for a minute and a half and cuts service saying no one is available. Horrible service, disgusting to even think someone would put their hands on somebody else’s food. Horrible!

Tried to call 5 different times at 730pm on a Sunday night to place a pickup order, nobody picked up any of them. Ended up ordering elsewhere

I ordered chicken wings, French fries, ranch, and carrots. When I bit into the wings they were raw and bloody inside. They also forgot my ranch and carrots. This place is horrible.

This place was great the first few months they opened. My orders were always done right. Unfortunately the the quality of the food is terrible now. It's the 2nd time they get my oder wrong and they claim to make the wings crispy but come out very soggy from the skin and feels like biting into a raw piece of chicken and leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

The first time I ordered from this place I ordered online to pick up I usually get mango habanero, but when I arrived to pick up my wings they weren’t even ready. I was told that they were sold out of the mango habanero and if I wanted a different flavor…chose a different flavor and was disappointed in how burnt they were. They also forgot my blue cheese. Haven’t been back in months. The second time I decided to give it another try. I went there for my birthday, and decided to order inside this time. I was ordering wings plus I was telling the cashier about an email I received for 6 free wings. Her attitude was terrible. I showed her the email and I even told her I can show her my ID so she can see I wasn’t lying about it being my birthday. And I would like the 6 free wings added to my order. She proceed to be extremely rude. So I told her never mind and went to a different location. Overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never recommend family or friend coming to this location. Will never be back here again. If I can give 0 stars I would.
