Update: March 1, 2024. I have eaten here many times since my orginal review 6 years ago.. Stopped in today for lunch. Pre-ordered using the BK app. Received free fresh doing so. Had the Texas Double Whopper. Very good. Team members were friendly and quick. Store was clean and looked nice.2018:Visited mid-afternoon. Not busy. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Food was normal/standard BK food without problems.Parking: Self contained parking. Plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, entrance, tables and rest rooms wheelchair accessible.

I was waiting for 5 minutes until they finally acknowledged me. They didn’t even say that they would attend me in a few moments, they just kept ignoring me. Super bad service, and they look like they are behind on orders.

1 they take a very long time to get orders up. Dont matter time of day. I have a picture of the new shroom melt buns. One end was toasted but other end was not. Look like came straight out of packing. My other order was a chees burger meal. They gave me a,whopper jr.. always one person day or night running the grill. I use to work burger king when i was younger and McDonald's. You need more then one person running the grill area. I even pulled the old woman working at bk at breakfast and thank her and tipped her for doing it her self. Very sad and i love the food at bk. I dont normally do reviews but to go there everytime and wait long time and then get food wrong to not good. Sorry and thank you

Why is it so hard to run a BK? Took forever to place the order at the register even though three people were looking right at me as they worked the drive thru. Then it took forever to get my food, a whopper meal, even though they again just kept pumping out the orders in drive thru. While I waited I saw three different people come in to complain about messed up orders. Probably avoid this one, and maybe BK overall if they keep going this way.

Went here and waited over 40 mins for my food. It was an order placed online. Fast food. ? Waited over 20 mins inside for anyone to come to the counter after giving them my order number then hopped in my car and went through the drive through where they made me wait another 20 mins. Don’t order anything here. No wonder burger kings have started getting shut down across country. Not only that but they can just shut down app offers and discounts at their discretion? This place is an absolute joke.Update: the food didn’t even come out right. Missing item and one item wasn’t what we purchased.

Let me tell you about location here, this is the dirtiest and filthiest Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life. They’re so unsanitary that they make each meal without any gloves or protective wear. I watched them on multiple occasions grab the patties with their bare hands along with every item to make a sandwich. I had to have them remake my meals every time I came here for this reason. Everybody needs to be fired and train the new employees about hygiene and sanitation safety.. it’s not that hard to put gloves on. My husband got so frustrated he threw our food out
