Do not order delivery from this store, accuracy, quantity, and quality needs to be checked. The store tables are always dirty and need a whipe. The staff are not helpful if something goes wrong. I got the wrong order delivered to me and they discussed the issue like it was mine to solve. I was asked to call another number or use the online chat to solve the issue ⚠️ The online chat was AI and did not understand that I was sent the wro g food and closed the chat. After 5min of try I g to get through the automated phone system, which didn't work, I had to ask for a staff member. The store staff said I had to drive to the store to get me food remade. She seemed irritated that I didn't want to call another number to speak with someone else to get a refund.

Amazing service from the team here on 3/1/24. I stopped in for lunch and had an issue with my debit card. I tried to calling the bank and moving some things around but it didn’t work. I went to try my card one more time after speaking with my bank but it declined yet again. I apologized and said I would have to skip it that day. The team insisted on me taking it anyways and said “stuff happens, it’s on us today!” It really made my day and was such a nice gesture. I didn’t catch the man’s name unfortunately, but he was great as well as everyone else. My food was perfect and delicious. So thank you for being so nice! Great service!

Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of to not be able to talk to a real person no matter how many times you call and the robot does nothing.
Last two times I ate here the rice was hard. Made my bowl nearly inedible.

Love Chipotle. Been to a lot of different Chipotles. This is by far the worst I have been to. Our online orders have been wrong many times and this last time all of our rice was very undercooked and my steak was very over cooked.

I like Chipotle though it's a little spicy. I've notice at all of the locations that I've gone to that the prep people are selective with who theyake the slightly hefty meal for. If you ask for a little more of anything the gey offened.
