I have lived in the neighborhood for 30 yrs and have always taken my kids and now grandkids to this DQ. So far this year the service has not been the best. When we go there is one person working and they struggle to keep up. Today he made shakes instead of blizzards then told my grandsons to wait for the blizzards because there were other customers. I'm not blaming the guy that works there, he is trying, but, management should have at least 2 people working!

Says they close at 10pm it's 9:50pm and she's completely ignoring us knocking on the window while she takes selfies. She then looks at us and acts like we're not there and goes back on her phone.

I've been coming here to purchase ice cream and today for some reason, one of the girls cashier DT was rude and her costumer service was bad the date and time I visited was 7:10pm date 07/02/23 I decided to walk up to the window and ordered an ice cream sundae with peanuts, I said I wanted peanuts on one of the sundaes and I did not get them, on my other order I ordered oreo blizzards and as soon as she gave me the oreo blizzards one of them she put the cap over the cup it was sloppy melting of getting on my hands I asked can I please get another cup holder since I had 3 sundaes 2 blizzards plus 2 ice cream cones she saw that I was struggling as soon as she put one of the blizzards in the cup holders she was trying to fit everything on the cup holder I'm can I get one more cup holders and she said no its against the store policy to give another one out im not bothered about the ice cream melting im bothered about her service she could have giving me another cup holder to help out since my order wasn't small it was a big order

The headsets was not working again. Very unorganized. And did not flip the blizzard over.

Came at 5:20 today to get some sweets, I am still in the drive through waiting for assistance. There is only one employee and a line in drive and the front. The kid could not keep up.they were their phone during this busy time. I felt bad up until I saw them on their phone. It is currently 5:52pm I’m still waiting for service. Hire more people or close. This is ridiculous

Went there tonight thru Drive thru. Took the order, could barely hear her. Then we waited at the window for almost 20 minutes. With not one worker coming to window. When they finally came to the window ( after sniffing the blizzards with co workers...) they had our order wrong. 3 workers, no organization. Worst experience at that DQ, will not be back.
