Absolutely the worst service ever. I have been in the industry for 40 years and have never been treated like we were. We were here to taste pizza for our daughter’s wedding. With the bathroom smelling like urine I can only imagine how unclean the kitchen is….. so disappointed.

Went last night to enjoy Grumpy Old Men. Great band. Frustrated when it took 10 min each time just to get a beer served. 2nd beer came in a plastic cup smaller than the original glass, very frustrating. Bar wasn’t busy. Food was ok. Definitely have giant pretzels that tasted scrumptious.

We ordered the Hawaiian pizza, sub sandwich, and Canoli. The pizza was awesome. They put lots of cheese on the pizza, so if you don't like cheese, order easy cheese. The pizza sauce has a nice flavor. The sub sandwich was nothing special but was still good. They all so have a rewards program thats new. We will be ordering here again soon.

The food is not the same than others years, in Streamwood they had a location and the food was really good, but not in Elgin everything looks like reheated food, from cans. The kids menu doesn't include pizza ? omg supposedly is a pizza Restaurant.

Great music by the local band Ms. B Haven. Great Italian beef sandwich. Highly recommend it. Service was very slow due to only 2 servers but they were trying real hard to accommodate everyone. My first time here and I would go back.

Attended evening listening to music of Ollie Bolds. Staff was nice and very accommodating. Service and food was very good. Bar could use some cosmetic updates, had a great time.

The owner/bartender seems to care more about being right with customers than he does taking care of them. The ONLY reason I come here is because it's late and within walking distance to from my home. Every time I have eaten at this establishment, take out or dine in, this place has found a way to make the food or experience absolutely abysmal. Some food was undercooked, other foods had too much cheese and grease. It's extremely common for them to forget food from the order completely. Other times, specifically during a dine-in experience, the bartender would come over and laugh at us when we asked to switch channels as there was a FOOTBALL game on. We asked him to turn off the ANIME "HUNTERXHUNTER" and proceeded to talk down to me and my father as if weve never heard how cable TV works. Thanks, dannys! Seemingly almost every take out scenario ive been a part of here, food has been left behind. I finally decided to leave a review once I walked there in 2 degree weather to get food, only to find the cook/owner/bartender had upright forgot that he didn't make half the order after trekked back in the bitter cold. I received a lifeless, listless apology and had to stroke the owners ego and listen to him brag about his knowledge and history of Elgin while i bought a beer to warm me up. This place is history to me. This place is great at providing terrible cover bands, attitudes, and overpriced pizzas to any poor victims that walk through their door.

What happened with this place?! Ordered Gluten Free, (great in past), $27 tiny pizza at 5:22, received 6:50 still tipped nice. Burnt & cold, hardly any cheese, misshaped. Didn't want to complain knew they were bombed for New Year's Eve & I was starving. Went to bed early to be woke with abdominal pain having violent diarrhea, several times! Rough night. Still not feeling well this morning, more bathroom visits, trying to sip as much water as I could and called to let Danny's know at 11:29, girl was nice said manager was in basement one of them would call me back, took number, & name of credit card as son treated me. 12:34 I call back he says he'll decide how to take care of me & call me back, still nothing. Aggravated and feeling blown off and still not feeling well, water and alittle yogurt not cutting it, now I'm hungry so I call at 2:19 & I'm asked if I want to order and knowing who I was, different girl from morning I'd replied by now I am hungry can he just replace it?! She said he was still looking through the receipts, since last night?! I'd asked. I said I'd rather just see what he's decided. It's 3:57 now, My stomach hurts, I'm not happy at all, I am hungry and I don't feel well enough to make something, I feel shaky and weak and now ticked off. I decided to read the reviews. and there are countless ones saying that you are not going to get a call back from the manager. :( I used to love this place. As I opened with what happened?! Those pizzas never look like that before! I don't deserve to be treated this way, no one does! I didn't think I would have to worryif I let him replace it... I figured he would monitor that one! I was trying to be understanding, And also I knew they were getting hit hard from the holiday, I was trying to be nice about it too, and still tipped well on top of everything, and this is the thanks I got. People don't understand when you have a gluten allergy you can't just go anywhere, You have to cook everything you eat. The only break we get is to order a gluten free pizza...
