I ordered to take with me luckily I checked they had missed 2 items. Was not pleased with the pasteles. Not sure what flavor it had. And the plantain was over cooked. The soup was bland. The atmosphere was good but they definitely need more than one person in front. Overall I’d give it a 3 for

I love the food here, especially jibarito with mayo-ketchup. I just wish the service was nicer, the lady that takes orders on the phone is very dry and short and doesn’t ensure she and the person on the other side understand each other, so my side was completely wrong from what I ordered. Even though i advised I had difficulty understanding her she dismissed it and just asked if I needed anything else. I think there is room for improvement - slow down a little and all will be perfect!

Good service i ordered ahead of time scheduled my food for pickup when i went and pick up my food it was ready and hot plus the rice is very delicious i ordered a charola for 12 people and it was more than enough the prices are good.

Have eaten here a few times over the last several years. Most recent was last week. I won’t be going back. Service is poor. No welcome. No thank you. They messed up checking us out. Food has gone downhill. Puerto Rican rice is so bland. We had Pollo Guizado - two very small chicken drumsticks and they included the chicken back! Gross. Also had Bistec Enceballado. Meat was not very tender and had no seasoning at all. The only thing we had that was good was Pastelillo de Carne. Freshly made and tasty.
