Rudest service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin. Two young ladies a darker complexion girl and a girl with a blacked out sleeve literally tried to argue with me about a drink I ordered. Talked to me with attitude as I was ordering my drink and corrected the way I ordered in a rude manner. Once I pulled up to the first window she didn’t say absolutely anything just asked for my card… and then handed me my half empty drink and my RAW bagel

Drive thru.. ordered a frozen coffee with milk. I asked the young kid at the window to add more milk it wasn't right & he said, "oh my god" like it was such a difficult task. LAZY!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Went here after 10pm. Staff was patient & helpful, waiting for teen girls to decide on orders. When trying to pay, the system had an issue. Staff was very helpful & gracious when dealing with this problem. Will certainly be going back in the future.

Caramel Frozen Coffee should have CARAMEL DRIZZLE on the cup & ontop , why my drink ain’t have none . I asked him to put some on top because that’s the point of the drink , right ?? Just got bagels from here and instead of three everything bagels they gave me three raisin cinnamon bagels, and not only that they’re so so hard to chew. They have to be at least 24 hours. Old is not 48!!!! Awful. And the frozen mocha coffee that I received tasted horrendous. I’ve never had this experience out of Dunkin’ Donuts before ever but I can guarantee you I won’t be back to this one.!!!!!

The guy in the morning with dark hair and glasses has terrible customer service!! He should not work in a place dealing w customers if he is aggressive like this. Dunkin donuts please do better. Hire someone nicer to your loyal

Manager with glasses has been rude to me before through the drive thru. Today he provoked angry customers to come in and make a scene. I had to remove my daughter and myself from inside so my daughter wouldn’t witness something and get scared. I think I’m done coming here.

These folks at DD are very nice and warm. Every time I go there, they give you a big smile and food is good as well. To me people are more important as they make or break a business, and these folks are making the business better. I would like to name some folks: Sofia, Adriano, Julian, Lizette, Andrew and last but not least Electra. These are some of the very best folks. Owner of the store should be proud.
