Went back to eat there and had a wonderful experince the wait staff were very polite and greeted me with a smile and that went along way with our family. Service was on time and the food was of great quality. I will continue to eat at this location. Special shout out to nicole and i think her name is eva they made our experince one memorable one great service guys keep up the good work we need more people in the world like you.Kid-friendliness: They set us in a booth right away and had high chairs and everything

I placed an order on door dash for 3 meals and I only received one. When I called Ihop Ava assisted me at first I was offered a refund but then I let her know that I had 2 kids that was waiting on their food. She then insisted that she will remake all 3 orders and even throw in some drinks she apologized and insistent to drop off my order, not realizing that her brakes were getting repaired so her coworker Karina drove over to my house, delivered my food and my free drinks…. This is the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you ladies so much keep up the awesome work

The service and the wait for the food is getting worse. Nobody even at the counter to welcome people. Everybody is at the kitchen just staring at each other waiting for the food.

We walked out this morning about 11:00.One server, and he had 4 tables.Only other employee was the cook. Ridiculous- that’s why no one is ever there!!! Get it together.

I went here with my daughter. Waited for over 40 minutes, then politly asked them when was the food going to be ready. Turns out that they did not start making our order. Very disappointing.

Went there on Tuesday around 5, not knowing that it was free pancake day. Understaffed. Didn’t get water for 15 min, food came before appetizers. Free pancake didn’t arrive till the end. Very disappointed in overall.

Food is good, but service is terrible. Though I believe it's just due to poor management. Only had 1 server and 1 cook for the whole restaurant. Had to wait a half hour for our server to even take our drink order and than another half hour for our food. And when our food came, one of the dishes was wrong and by the time it came back corrected, me and my guest had already finished our meals. Wouldn't recommend due to poor scheduling of their staff.
