Went in to order two sandwiches to go. The place was completely empty. The guy working had the worst attitude acted like he had better things to do. Will never go back.

Ordered several party subs online 24 hours in advance for pick up. They called me 2 hours prior to the pick up time and was told the bread would not ready. To remedy, they offered to deliver. But they no showed up. Went to the location, and had to wait 45 mins for them to make them as they just didn’t do the order.

Very disappointed in the service. The woman that was supposedly the supervisor accused me of throwing the sandwich that was made wrong for the second day in a row at the under age employee when I just put it on the counter and of course I was very upset for giving me the wrong sandwich. The best part was she remade my wife’s sandwich wrong again and didn’t really until I got back home. The owner really needs to train the workers to have better customer service skills. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Hey manager, do all of your customers a favor by telling your employees to get off their phones and go back to kindergarten as it seems they don’t know how to count money.
We had to go to the bathroom and the inside of the store was closed. Also, it seems it closes at 6 on a Saturday?

This location is on a whole different level. I don't know how many times I've asked to have my order delivered to a specific area and they do not read.Also, they need better trainers. I just received my order with pickles on it. IT DOESN'T EVEN COME WITH PICKLES!!!!
