i ordered a turkey tom slim and by the time i got home to eat it there was literally one slice of turkey on plain bread. no tomato, no lettuce, no mayo. just one slice of turkey. spent $8 for bread and a SLICE of deli meat.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one with no tomatoes, one with hot peppers + 2 quartered pickles.Not only did this AirPod wearing employee not add/subtract ingredients appropriately, but also was so lazy that the “quartered” pickles were still fully connected at the skin. I go to Jimmy John’s because it’s so simple that it can’t be messed up. Apparently, I was wrong ?.

HAIR IN FOODI was only two bites into my sandwich when I felt something pull free from my sandwich. I noticed it was a LONG DARK HAIR! Seriously guys/girls? Isn't this the first rule of the industry? Like come on....I just wanted to enjoy my turkey tom... That's just off-putting. I hope you learn from this mistake.
