While I typically enjoy KFC, my experience at this particular location was disappointing. The staff exhibited consistently poor attitudes, which appeared to stem from management. The quality of the chicken seemed subpar, suggesting a lapse in adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the drive-thru service lacked hospitality and interpersonal skills. I am writing this reviewed after four negative interactions with this location staff. I hope the owner reads this message to get his/her store in order. It is very sad when you go to a place and the environment is not welcoming, or show any skills of good customer service.

Almost 15 dollars for a 12 nugget combo, and they were literally the size of my thumbnail each, the smallest nuggets I have ever seen. Looked more like 12 pieces of their old tiny popcorn chicken. Absolute rip off. And the chicken I did get was SO OLD, it was chewy and disgustingly stale. Fries smelled like old dirty dish water. This location has gone downhill tremendously from when I was younger and went here. I think the health department needs to pay them a visit.

TERRIBLE service. I pulled up to the drive thru and someone on the speaker told me to wait. I waited about 10-15 min and even said “hello” since they were taking forever. Another car pulled up behind me so I decided to drive to the window so I wouldn’t keep them waiting. When I pulled to the window this girl with such an UGLY attitude tells me she can’t take my order and that I was probably to far from the speaker that they never heard I pulled up when clearly someone told me to wait. She refused to take my order which I was buying for my little boy. So I left! Never going there again!!

I purchased a famous bowl but very disappointed because I had to throw it out. The chicken tasted sour and spoiled. This KFC has been going down hill for some time now. They need new management and to clean up their practices.

Order 8pcs meal..got 2 breast..the rest of it are tiny wings and a tiny pieces of drumstick that looks like pigeon legs rather than from a chicken. Plus their skins are almost half off like someone already picked tru them. This place is ratchet..plus the girl taking orders from drive thru sounds agitated and rushing you to place ur order..also made us wait for 10 mins to bring out our food..this is on 08/05/23 @ 10pm..BAD Experience.
