THE ATTENTION THAT AN OLD WOMAN WITH LONG AND CURLY BLACK HAIR GIVES IS TOTAL GARBAGE, they should fire such a piece of trash that they have working there, I don't understand why in public service they put the most rude and obstinate old women in the country of Mexico MY GOD WHAT THE MOST UNBEARABLE MEXICAN WOMEN, THEY TREAT the people who go to buy at their store very badly.

Lots to offer at this place which is a shame they will nickle and dime you for everything and it's not cheap. Came in today ordered 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream on a regular plain cone, 3 bags of cheetos with nacho cheese and a large cup of elotes. Specified if they could add a bit more the usual of the chili powder to the cup which they replied sure thing. Paid a total of 54 dollars for this order. Ice cream was great and the kids enjoyed their nacho cheese cheetos. But when we got to the elotes no chili powder in them, we kindly requested if they could add just a bit more they said they would have to charge extra. Needless to say we won't be coming back or recommending this place to friends. Prices are not listed in their store menu so ask before you order. I feel that after 54 dollars spend today a spoon of chili would or should of not been an issue.

First time going. The girl with the big eyelashes seemed rushed always asking what else, after every ordered item. We had a big mangoneada, small mangoneada, small cream, a prepared monster drink, and some nances and a paleta, all to the total of $50. The mangoneada and ice cream felt grainy like other reviewers have mentioned. The mangoneada de mango didn’t taste like mango more like ice cream with sugar. The Nances which are the Mexican cherries where black from being old. I didn’t wanna be rude and tell the girl I didn’t want them because they looked old. Their menu has potential because they have a lot of stuff to offer. But there’s no prices at all. All and all I didn’t like the service and didn’t like the products.

Do not recommend!I asked for 3 medium yogurts and went to pay seemed like alot. So I had to ASK for a receipt..the lady with the black curly hair seemed bothered that I asked. She charged me for Large instead if mediums when I went to tell her about it she gave me a dumb excuse like "our website has different prices" and a Medium is really the price of a Large. The yogurt was nasty..Should have drove another 5 minutes to the ORIGINAL MICHOACANA where you actually get your moneys worth.NEVER AGAIN!
Very bad bad service I asked for 2 mangoniadas she didn't add the mango on top I ask if she can add it the Young girl just rolls her eyes on me and she only add 3 little pieces of mando to each one and I say you forgot the candy on top she responded we dont do it any more always on rush asking anything else anything else dont give you time to pick what would you like.. very bad dress code her top all the way down and showing all her belly.. very rude and bad attitude. .

This location of Michoacana has been by far the best one ive gone too. Its clean and they definitely prioritize natural ingredients. Less of that sugar and more of that organic sweetener!!

Mangoneada tamarindo is bad, limón tastes spoiled. There random people sitting down just staring idk if they customers or employees they are just sitting there. There was only 1 guy working for 15 customers. The employee don’t even follow the line they be skipping people. They always on they phone calling management for help for the card payment system. First and last time I go here.
