Was there to eat with my wife and two year old daughter and our waitress did not ask us if we wanted or needed refills and we also did not get any utensils to eat with either. It took 45 minutes to get our food while other tables that came in after us got their food. Once our food arrived at our table it was cold, and missing items on our food. When asked to speak to a manager was told that there was no manager on duty. Had the potential to be a good dinner but was not. Worst dining experience I have ever had and will not be returning to this location ever again.

Alyssa was our server and was fantastic :) she was attentive, made light conversation and made the dining out experience worth it. My pasta was great, my husbands wrap was tasty and the soup was hands down amazing! With rising prices, businesses have to be able to provide an experience that offsets that - Nikos did that for us! Food was really good and loved the new specials they have right now. We come here quite often so it was expected that we’d love the food. Our server was super nice and helpful. Just wondering why the music was at unbearable decibels on a random Thursday in an empty restaurant. Have a feeling it was empty maybe due to the music. I’d understand if it was a Friday or Saturday because it is a bar, but in the middle of the week and barely anyone was there? At least wait until the kitchen is closed because no one can really enjoy eating with screamo heavy metal at the highest volume. Eating at hot topic would’ve been quieter I fear. Was it a coincidence that I didn’t see the owner tonight as well? Have a feeling that since he was gone someone had a little too much fun with the music. We took the rest of our food home to eat there because we were miserable. No blame to our server though, she was excellent. It’s a shame our experience tonight was so poor because we love coming here.

Everything's wonderful here the burgers will fill you up without any appetizers whatsoever we had a party of five got tater skins cheese curds boom boom shrimp and a Reuben egg roll by the time we got our burgers we were all stuffed but ate the burgers for dinner that night and boy was they delicious I highly recommend going here and the waitresses is very kind and took great care of usParking: They had plenty of handicap parking

Well prepared meals in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Service was courteous and friendly. The dinning area and restroom were clean. Big screens throughout too. I will definitely return for another visit.
Nikos is the best! Not only is the food delicious, but the staff and owner are awesome too.

We have been pretty happy eating here. But today I'm editing my review.I dont know if the current servers are trained but at the elgin and Pingree Grove locations when I order dinner they bring everything at the same time. Main course and salad and soup all at once. You get to pick if you want hot food or your salad... now I'm less interested in returning.This isn't a bargin restaurant. Service should be better.
