The Japanese Pan Noodles are good but the meat portions are too small. It seems they are giving smaller and smaller food portions and it’s very disappointing. 3 years ago you could fill up on the noodles and meat, but nowadays the food portions are smaller and almost no meat and almost no sauce. Prices have gone up but food portions have shrunk drastically.

Its a shame I really used to like this place and now ill never buy from them again. I ordered my food online and it was to be ready at 9:45pm I got there before the doors were locked and walked in. I told them I was picking up and they very awkwardly said they had thrown my food in the TRASH. I was upset and asked for a refund which she said I would get 5 days later. I NEVER GOT IT. They threw my food in the trash and kept my money. Outrageous. Dont buy from this crap shack.

Such a bad experience, and I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go. Bathroom was dirty, ordered potstickers they were ice cold on the inside and not even edible. Mac & cheese was disgusting. It had to be made this morning and the shredded cheese on top was cold! Employees were very rude

Never coming here again. Take my money and make me wait for 30 minutes! I have been standing here waiting and when I ask I was told "they are a bit backed up". Why couldn't I be told when I place the order. There are now 8 people standing around without food! And I can smell the bathroom from where I'm standing!

Which is sad because Noodles used to be my goto for close to a decade, and now it just feels like a poor use of my mealtime and money.
