It's Popeye's! Love their red beans and rice. But the oil they cook the chicken in- better eat it while it's hot, because if the chicken cools down, it gets a little waxy.

I went there and ordered 2 large orders of chicken strips for dinner and some sides.The chicken strips were all dried out , as if they were laying out all day.You couldn't even tear them apart with your hands, you had to cut them with a knife.I will not be ordering those again.Someone else said they had the same issue there, so I know it's not just me. Sides were good.

Used to frequent this location, as some have said it can be hit or miss. Lately it's all misses. Cold and hard to eat "tenders", fries that taste like theres cinnamon in the mix, forgetting to put truff sauce multiple times, ice in drinks we requested without ice.Customers: there's fresher food and more attentive workers in the area. Seek them out.Management/owner at this location: some better training and give people the fresh food they pay for. Not some rubbery, hours old chicken because youre too cheap, lazy or cheap and lazy to serve people the food we pay way too much for.

This location is “hit or miss”. I have visited several times over the past three years and sometimes it is pretty good, other times not so much. The Huntley location seems to be the best in the area. This location (despite being new) was good the first year that it opened, but has slowly gone downhill. Not the worst, but it has definitely slipped quite a bit during the past 3 years.
Everything is wildly mediocre. “New” wings were so small for the price. Everything was cold or just a touch above room temperature. Chicken Sandwich was chewy and seemed like it was sitting the the bag assembled for about 2 hours before it was served.
I frequent Popeyes alot as it's a favorite of my children. However, this is location is horrible. I asked for honey. When I got to window I asked again and they reassured me it was in bag. I ordered a 3pc chicken dinner and was told I had to pay $0.39 for it which is insane and I just purchased this overpriced chicken. I didn't even get what I asked for and was told was in bag ?

Very dishonest place. I had a coupon for 2 can dine $9.99. Got my receipt, it says $10.99. I questioned the cashier and he says. " that's not accurate, it expired last month." Why didn't you say that during the transaction. You don't over charge people without telling them. It pays to pay attention and they will never get a damn dime from me again. That was not a mistake, he knew he was being dishonest. ALWAYS check your receipt, especially HERE.
