Everytime I walk into this place, the manager, Rush, never fails to put a smile on my face with a warm welcome. There is never any issue with adding more toppings and the employees aren’t stingy with ingredients like other locations. The atmosphere great, the service is great, all around great. Definitely the best service I’ve received in any Subway.

There is one guy with Green eyes who always talks to us in Spanish which is fine but he gets mad if you don’t respond back in Spanish. This guy I believe used to or still does work in the spring street location in south elgin too, he claims he was a Spanish teacher and tries to tell my mom who is from Mexico that she doesn’t say the right words in Spanish. It’s just an overall annoying experience every time we come in and he helps us especially when he doesn’t even speak Spanish very good, it’s a very weird and awkward time he was almost like yelling at my mom today it made it uncomfortable.

Disgusting place. I came to pick up an online order and they put barely any meat on it and they had a random old pickle somewhere in my sandwich that I did not order... the lack of care they have for food and the inside of their store says a lot.
