Delivered on time, driver was friendly. Got the stadium pizza half supreme and half pepperoni, so good. Loved the crust and sauce and good ratio of toppings and cheese! None was left by the end of the night!

Horrible customer service tonight. Have been a customer for 15 years. Delivered an incorrect order this evening and refused to make it right. It’s not that difficult to comp an order that was incorrect, instead they expected me to pickup their mistake because they were too busy. I’ve already paid $15 in delivery fees and tips…why would I do that? Long time customer…now long gone.

As a lifelong "Chicagoan", I take my pizza seriously. I don't use the word "love" lightly so when I say, my family and I "love" WCP's thin crust pizza, you can take that to mean their pizza is a superior product in taste, appearance and the quality of its ingredients. When, in an attempt to save money, others are cutting back on the quality and quantity of their ingredients, WCP is uncompromising! They've always been generous with their ingredients, their cheese in particular, but now in our current economy, their superiority sets a new bar. Of their 3 locations, Elgin is closest to me and is the only location I've ever ordered from. Since I've only ordered my pizza for delivery, I can't speak to the ambiance of the dine in experience but what I can tell you is this, from the phone order to delivery, the Elgin staff has always been polite, respectful and friendly. They've NEVER screwed up my order, forgotten a coupon discount or been late with a delivery. They are honest and accurate when they quote the estimated time for delivery and my pizza always arrives hot. WCP has a loyal customer in me!
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have been ordering here for a few months now and every pizza has been consistently amazing. We just recently ventured out and tried their wings and they were so good! The garlic parmesan sauce is absolutely life changing and they are not skimpy on it! The staff is always very courteous and friendly and we have never had to wait longer than an hour for delivery or pickup. I can not recommend this place enough!

Ordered a sandwich with extra sauce. I received it dry. I called was given a Manager. He proceeded to tell me extra sauce was in the bag. I tell him it wasn't. I was pretty much called a liar and was told he would give me a $5.00 credit on an order that I couldn't/wouldn't eat, and cost me $11.50. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I will also share this with everyone. Do yourself a favor skip the headache.

We have ordered from here for years and on the 4th of July we placed our normal order and had company in town. After waiting 2 hours for pizzas that would never show I called and no one answered. The next day I called to inquire about the issue and express my dissatisfaction. It was a tough pivot on a holiday when we then had to order from a different pizza place. When I called the next day they acknowledged they forgot to turn off online ordering but offered no resolution for my inconvenience. They lost my business.

white cottage pizza is wonderful. we use them for work outings all the time. they are always on time, great food and great service. their delivery person in friendly and helpful. they let us order pizza the way we like it. can't recommend them enough

Very frustrating that after driving over 30 minutes to pick up my order, I came home to find out my order was wrong. I was told refunds are not an option but they will get my order ready if i chose to go back and pick it up. After driving back another 30 minutes I was told that it would only be 10 minutes...30 minutes later my order was not ready and a little after one of the managers came out and says that someone dropped the pizza on the Floor and all he can do now it's just give me a refund..
