Just went to Weinerville 3 for the first time ever!The food was pretty good. But, what really takes the cake. Is the David vs Goliath scenario. Your cashier Alayna fought off 3 disgruntled patrons. I wish her all the best, and I hope she gets a raise after how she fought so bravely for Weinerville!P.s. you did forget my hot dog, but I'm willing to overlook it by witnessing the pure bravery from Alayna the cashier.God speed Alayna and Weinerville.The Traveler

Used drive-through at 11AM on 2/13, order #002.I ordered the Tuesday special, being 2 dogs. I should have checked the bag before departing, I was only given 1 hot dog; which I enjoyed. While freshly made and hot, I did not enjoy the fries. The oil overpowers the potato, and has a strange flavor.

I wouldn’t say I’m a regular customer, but I come here when I’m in the area. The staff are always friendly and social. My order has always been correct, and the food is actually outstanding for the price. The beef with hot peppers is phenomenal and the combo burger was a nice change of pace. I’ll continue to visit here when in the area.Keep up the good work.

Review based on today. Historically a favorite "go to". I have been a regular for many years. Great onion rings. Today I bought an Italian beef. Price was very good, I thought. Tasty, but ... But, I'd rather have the option to order a "beefy beef". A couple of bucks and another couple of ounces of meat. My sandwich seemed skimpy. Cheese didn't hide that fact.

I have been coming here for years. I was there on Wednesday night at 6:55 and it was dark. Your site says you're open till 8. We drove thru the drive thru and they said they were open for 5 more minutes. I have NEVER had a problem with staff or food until Wednesday. The quality of the food was poor at best. There was barely any beef on our sandwiches. When I called the store today the manager basically told me I was a liar and I had the correct portion of meat on the sandwich and proceeded to hang up on me. I called him back and he said you're not getting anything from me. I wasn't calling for anything. I was calling with a concern and disappointed in the food. He hung up again on me. Is this a way to run a business? Are they under new ownership? This is a sandwich our family always gets yet he misunderstood what I was trying to tell him and just didn't care. You need to get your act together over there. This used to be a very friendly place to go to and I USED to spend quite a bit a money with you.I spent $35 with you. The only person that was nice was the cashier that gave my dog a couple of dog biscuits. Read the comment from the manager who now claims to be the owner. He's not dealing with the fact that there is an upset customer who will not return. There is no way I had 4 Oz of beef with watered down BBQ sauce plus I had no bacon. Apparently he feels he is right and his customers are all wrong. Very sad. This used to be the go to place in Elgin for a quick sandwich. Quality has slipped greatly if you read other recent comments. BTW when you pull up your restaurant on line is says open till 8pm. Another thing you might not want to take care of
