I like the food a lot. But they forgot some sauces on last order. Also everytime I order the buffalo ranch chicken wrap there is never ranch sauce on it. I do order extra sides of ranch but they are small and I use those for fries too. I never take off the ranch on the sandwich on online ordering. I guess they figure if you order ranch on side you don't want it on sandwich. But I request it on sandwich cause it tastes good in wrap and makes it. I order that sandwich particularly for the ranch sauce. Also there is nowhere to add a comment so I could put something to remind them.

I never care to write reviews but this is the 3rd time this has happened. Wings barely had any sauce first time. Whatever. Then, we got boneless buffalo wings and they threw a random wing in there? Like what is that?? Ridiculous.

I usually like Buffalo Wild Wings, however this evening was aweful. From the food to the service. I will not return to this location.
Our server Reginald was not very attentive. He needs more personality. Interrupted me 2 times when I tried to place the order. I was mid sentence and he walked away for whatever reason. Didn't apologize when he continued taking the order, just kind of picked up where he left off. I thought that was very rude. He very rarely checked on the table. We had to ask for our refills when it was pretty obvious we needed them. When we were ready for our to-go boxes & check, he was no where in site. Took him a while to finally approach the table, ask if we needed anything, & then we asked for both at the same time in order for things not to take much longer than it should.Food was okay, everything kinda looked quickly thrown together. I personally ordered a wrap. It was falling apart & lemon pepper dry rub was a bit over used.

I'm upset that their website and Google were taking orders and saying they were open on Christmas Day. I should've known the website was incorrect for that day but I had to go since I was halfway there trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. So, Google and buffalo wild wings dropped the ball
