I came here thwy were supposed to be open at 6 and they weren’t , waited 10 minutes and still not open. It’s inconsiderate and Inconvenient, while also wasting gas and time to drive somehow that’s not open. I now have to go somewhere else. Do

I keep giving this place another chance and I keep getting disappointed. My order is always wrong. I had a simple order of the whopper Jr duo with bacon cheese and only ketchup and mayo. I ordered that and a drink. I open the sandwiches 5 mins later at work. I find extra lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle on both with a dab of ketchup and mayo. On top of this the food was super cold. I would have went back if not at work. I think I'm done here.

AVOID THIS PLACE WHO AM I KIDDING SHUT IT DOWN!!!! I went here for lunch yesterday on my lunch break I get to the drive thru the order menu screens are completely off. I said “Hello are you open”. After about the 3rd hello a guy finally speaks up as if he was irritated and responded “yeah we’re open”. Okay cool no problem. First bad indicator I got when I pulled to the window, EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING GLOVES. I work for a food company as well so I know the dos and donts when it comes to health and safety and this place DOES NOT meet requirements. I didn’t want to seem rude so I didn’t speak upon the codes they were breaking. When I got my food I opened up my burger to add the bbq on it they gave me and realized the vegetables looked old as if they were sitting out. I shook my head and just said whatever to the situation while peeling off the veggies. I actually wasn’t going to write a review until 2 hours later I HAVE FOOD POISONING! Instead of working I spent my last hours sitting on a toilet and over a garbage can and had to explain to my supervisor why I couldn’t get my work done! This was so embarrassing and VERY UNACCEPTABLE! If I could tag the health department I would.

This is a newer built Burger King. I've grabbed a breakfast here a couple times it's always fresh so it takes a little longer. I got a double whopper the other day and I think it's the first time in 20 years it was fresh and HOT!! I had to let it cool off a bit to actually eat it. It was the best double whopper I can ever remember eating.

Couldnt make a milkshake for one Uber eat’s order, closed the whole store and watched me as I banged on the door. Yet their website says until 12, lazy and irresponsible management of a store.

Another terrible experience. They are done in my book, and in many other peoples minds also it seems from the awful reviews.I visited yesterday out of desperation. I had a foreboding feeling before I entered and I was not disappointed. As I walked in there was a customer comp[laining that his food was sitting on the warmer for 15 or twenty minutes, and that he had originally asked for it to be fresh. He refused his food. His lunchtime was being wasted by inattentive staff. However i placed my oreder. Before I was done the guy walked away to the drive thru. He came back to complete taking my order then walked away again. A different guy walked up and asked if he could take my order. I asked him to read what he had off the screen... it was ALL WRONG!!... so I proceeded to give him the order again. The originbal customer was still upset at the counter the whole time. So now staff member number two also walks away before my order was finished. The original staff member came back, and seemed totally clueless. The customer from the start was now shouting. I told the staff memebr to forget about it and suggested he go back to sleep. I thenm left, went to Portillos, spent 3 times as much on an excellent burger, fries, onion rings (all HOT!!) and a delicious strawberry shake - with ACTUAL strawberries in it!!Burger King - YOU FAIL AGAIN. PLEASE FIRE THIS MANAGER, AND ALL THE STAFF AND START AGAIN.OR JUST LOCK THE BLOODY DOORS AND CALL IT A DAY. HOPELESS.

We tried to walk in this store around 8:20 PM and could not open the door it seemed the door was closed from inside, However on the door it was mentioned this business door to remain open during business hours and the closing time was mentioned 9:00 PM. There was only one lady working inside not sure if door was closed because was she illegal immigrant didn't have proper work authorization to work here? Or the owner really does not cares about his customers?

This guy let me go through both drive thru’s and never said anything so I went inside and asked if the drive thru is closed and he said “no why?” I said “because I just tried to go and no one was there”. He said “oh yeah I was busy with him” and pointed to a guy in the building. That’s all no acknowledgment of anything else just what do you want. Broooo at least ask me to wait a minute, don’t just ignore me until I come inside or you can just ask me to come inside I will choose then if I willl wait or not. I had a really long day & I’m injured and if my son didn’t want BK trust me I would not of come inside.
