this is my only dunkin i will go too i love how much the workers care… for example today: i didnt notice i placed a drive through order for 8:50 instead of 8:40 like i normally do and i pulled up around 8:36 and realized i was too early so i pulled around and waited in my car in the parking lot and (i wish i knew his name its my fault i havent asked) but the guy brought my order to my car from inside for me the only dunkin ill go too. thanks guys<3
All it takes is one bad experience and will not return to the location! Completely clueless! Went thru drive-thru ordered their new Peach Sparked beverage asked for light ice. I got a full cup of ice and what it looked like water. Completely no color just clear liquid, not even a tint of peach. All I was going to pay for was a medium cup of ice. Requested a refund, went to Starbucks problem solved!

Coffee is completely burnt, I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and waited. Plus I asked for a black coffee with some ice cubes and it was completely burnt and extremely extremely hot very disappointed.

Don't recommend during lunch time, slow and sloppy.
I need to say it has been years since I've been to a Dunkin' Doughnuts, but at what point did they get so expensive. Wow! The lady that took my order gave me an iced coffee when I had asked her for a large black coffee. It's fine, I don't mind those, but ask if you didn't hear me. I gave the Doughnuts away, but they said that they were good.

They do make good coffee and store is well maintained. However they recently tried to overcharge (i believe on purpose) for a cup of coffee by charging me for an iced coffee when I ordered it hot. I asked the girl at the register when did the price go up? She even confirmed I ordered hot and it wasn’t until the manager looked over (because I wasn’t being fooled) and corrected the amount. Sadly from my personal experience this common among the Indian (from India) community.
