If I could get zero stars, that would be my option a little while back I wanted to get my mom a coffee so I went in and ordered the coffee. My mom specifically wanted extra pumpkin with something else. I think it was cream and sugar but anyways, after purchasing it….heading back to my mom she knew that it was not made right because she knows how it taste cause that’s her regular order. Then I kindly walked back into the store and wanted to ask the lady that was helping me if she could add the extra stuff but even getting talk to her she gave me a look and then rudely said WHAT with an attitude, so of course I’m not one to be played with So I gave her an attitude I told her that this coffee was not made right because my mother tasted it and she knows how the order taste like and so can you please add extra pumpkin and cream and sugar then all of a sudden try to play victim it was like, but I already added the cream of sugar. And acted all innocent by acting confused then I said well can you at least added it again and see if she’ll like it then all of a sudden she started speaking another language to the other workers, and laughed while they looked at me, so already I felt uncomfortable and very disrespected because she didn’t even look professional with her messy, dry hair Crusty wrinkly face and wanted to disrespect me so I said obviously Looking at what she wore and where she works, she was obviously Struggling in life so I said thank you so much and after heading back, my mom liked her drink so obviously, they clearly didn’t add it even and if they added it in the first place, she still was very disrespectful because I came back and just asked for a tiny little fix. If you’re that pressed about extra pumpkin and cream and sugar you need to quit your job

Everyone is so friendly, especially the lovely lady who arrives early in the morning, making this our favorite DD! The store is always clean and the holiday decorations are fun.
The worst location. No organization. No one knows how to take care of current customers who have paid. Last time, I waited on a Saturday afternoon in the drive thru 1hr 45 minutes. I've been in store waiting, 45 minutes on 2 donuts, plain bagel bites signiture latte. I was given 3 iced coffees that were not what ordered cause the kid didn't know what he was doing. Not to mention, half the items on the menu are discontinued or out of stock. My latte kept getting pushed. What's the point of having a drive thru when customers come in complaining and get loud about not getting what they ordered. Not only that, but my latte was getting pushed. You don't leave 3 kids to run a business

Update 05/18/2023 - stellar service! I’m partially disabled. The app was being stupid and would not let me place my order, so I called inside. The lady at the counter took my order, came outside for my card, brought out my food. This is what I call service. Thank you for your personal touch. I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

The app says they will bring the order out to you but they don't. They need to update their instructions. Otherwise, fast service and your typical Dunkin.

My husband and I have gone to 6 Dunkon Donuts in our area and every single one of them was out of regular hot chocolate EXCEPT this location. We are very happy we can finally get some decent hot chocolate for the holidays!!! Thank YOU!!FYI Starbucks hot chocolate sucks

Absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. They always have great customer service. The people that work behind the counter are very friendly and eager to help the customers. They always go the extra mile to make sure my order is correct and complete. Their coffee is still on point and the variety of donuts is so soft and delicious.
