Today is Super Bowl Sunday, and there was only one employee working. How this young man kept a cordial and professional attitude is beyond me. He did an amazing job ensuring every order was handled correctly even as more and more customers came in. He should be recognized for his amazing service. As for the management... do better at scheduling. There should be 2 employees at all times. Otherwise, the manager should come in and help.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind, after ordering the tuna sandwich two visits in a row, that the staff is definitely skimping on portion size to save money. The tuna sandwich used to be very generous. It was packed with tuna and cheese. The last two times I have gone in there, the sandwich is 75% lettuce, and the cheese amount definitely seems less. The amount of tuna is barely enough to cover the bread. The first time this happened I thought it was an anomaly so I would give them another chance. I was just in the other day and same thing. I am so sick of all these restaurants. Trying to short change everybody. Looks like Jimmy John’s is going the way up chipotle with decreasing portion sizes and the same high prices. Looks like I will have to check out Subway and Jersey Mike’s which are all in the same area.

Very saddening I placed an order on the app they called me back and canceled it due to no delivery drivers. They will not even compensate me and give me anything to correct the situation. I'm starving please help. The last three times my family members got sick and got diarrhea. I do not recommend this place. The worst, horrible customer service ever. Stay away people. I even asked for a free sandwich for the situation being horrible and they said no can't do it. Horrible customer service. The lady on the phone was so clueless.

We stopped to get sandwiches on our way home, we do this a lot but will no longer do so. We will try a different location. Upon pulling into our parking space i noticed 1 employee sitting by the window, no problem with this as employees do take breaks. But that should have waited until the order prep area was swept because it looked bad. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. This was drilled into me with every job I’ve had. Plus there were NO other customers in there. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 wraps. This is what we ordered. 1. #2, roast beef, no tomatoes. I got home thankfully no tomatoes, but there was some sort of cheese, and it had HAM and not the roast beef. SANDWICH FAIL 2. BLT, the young man asked if I wanted cheese, I said no thank you. CORRECT SANDWICH 3. #8, Italian club. My husband said it was the wrong sandwich. SANDWICH FAIL 4. 2 Chicken Caesar wraps, no tomato. Got home and had to pick tomato’s off. So we ordered 5 items and only 1 was made correctly. 20% correct, 80% incorrect. SAD If I had to rate my experience with this order it would only get 1 star for the 1 out of 5 items that was made right.

We do order from them frequently and it's usually okay but once it goes off the rails it goes way off and then it's awful service. Cancel orders randomly (after supposedly attempting calls - today was the 3rd time they claim to have called and left a message and there's not even a missed call) missing items etc etc. ). And freaky fast becomes over an hour wait for pickup.

I signed up for their app. And I went in there to get my free sandwich on my birthday. They told me they can't give me my free sandwich because my points were not showing. I showed them my driver's license to prove it was my birthday. But they said no. It's not about the about the sandwich it is about winning the customer that was my first time in this store and that was my last time I will never ever come in there ever again or it to any Jimmy John's ?## Jersey Mike's.

Don't bother asking these guys for anything extra. This particular location will charge you for extra mayo or avocado, but won't actually add it in. Tried them 3 different times, each time they didn't give me what I paid for. Just got one today and the mentioned ingredients were actually less than they normally are even though I asked and was charged for extra. Just go to a different Jimmy John's.

Thomas is the definition of EXCEPTIONAL and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! He absolutely brightened up my day and gave me such an amazing deal on my sandwich. He pitched to me to make the JJ app and I was able to get a free sandwich. He absolutely deserves a raise. He made my day.

About the same as other Jimmy John's I've been to. Staff was a bit more friendly and attentive. Fans were set kind of high and blew napkins around. Not a big deal. Just saying you'll need a paperweight.
