My fiancé and I ordered delivery through the app and it was being sent out with a driver through Door Dash. The driver had an exponential amount of issues trying to find our apartment and when we tried calling them, they ignored every call/text. The delivery was marked delivered but we never got our food. So we called Pizza Hut and the GM basically said, “not our problem, call Door Dash.” Which we ended up doing and finally got our refund, however, Door Dash confirmed with us that Pizza Hut is the party responsible. So ridiculous. We won’t ever order from this location again. Poor customer service and bad attitude from the manager here. Do better.

Do not order from here. They use a 3rd party delivery service (door dash). The food never showed up, but I did get a " you food delivered text". Called pizza hut and well hope to one day get a refund. 41.26 down the drain.

I ordered a carry out with incorrect order accidentally but Erin and Russ were really amazing and changed the order for me. They were really good and service was amazing!!

We have eaten at many Pizza Hut locations, it’s our favorite chain.However Last night we ordered a Veggie pizza with Olives, onions, pineapple and tomatoes. The guy at counter was very polite and received with a smile BUT It was WORST pizza we ever hadIt was soggy, watery within 10 minutes the pizza box bottom became wet and the pizza fell through it, tried tasting it, it was like eating the dough stuffed with vegetables

Why my family will remember this location forever:To gain an understanding of my review allow me to preface this with... We recently lost my grandmother due to natural causes, and after her passing we decided to order some of her favorite pizza as a memory to engrain during the gathering after her services.Marinara sauce with Chicken and Pineapple :) Now I realize that is a bit of a controversial topic, but it was my grandmothers favorite order so we ordered that along side 3 other pizzas to host the 12 people that had gathered at my residence to honor her memory. Process was simple enough, Sign in order and your pizza options... Or so I thought I got a confirmation email stating the pizzas are being made. Fired up about ordering my grandmas favorite pizza I told all the family who was in attendance.Now I work in hospitality and Food service so I understand when things take a bit longer for delivery but we were an hour and 15 minutes deep, I tried calling the store to ensure we were still looking good on time, No answer...? I tried calling a few more times before physically leaving and driving the 12 minutes to the store to see what had happened... I did not mind having to go pick up the pizzas that was no problem.However once I arrived I discovered there was an even bigger problem, Not only was my order not being made it was canceled without my knowledge... precious time wasted, nobody communicated what had occurred and I was met with an unnecessary level of friction when asking to be refunded.Truly a distasteful experience, I got in my car and phoned a competitor and asked how quickly they could get me sorted out... 15 minutes and as I arrived it was effectively coming out of the oven, I expressed my troubles to the manager and he informed me that I am not the only person who has made a hasty trip to his location after encountering a strange and unprofessional experience at the hands of this Pizza Hut location.Personally if you have taken the time to read this review in it's entirety than you should be phoning the Dominos pizza on Schaumburg road... where I was also given a free 1L of soda. Due to my poor experience at PIZZA HUT. Classy move and a proper way to treat a customer.I also reached out to the city of Elk Grove to inform them of the improper business practices of this location and a formal investigation will be taking place, as they stated they do not want companies tarring their community with bad service.Hope this helps out another person before they find themselves frustrated in the strip mall where they are located...

The only reason I ordered personal pizzas was to use my built up rewards for mini Cinnabon rolls which were not added to my order that I processed online never going back after this terrible app after looking at my order it states rewards being processed

The jalapeños were delightfully placed, and the crust was an extravagant texture beyond my expectations. I'd like to thank the chef who prepared it, but I had ordered online.
The only reason this is marked below five stars is that the Pizza Hut that I know for a fact will deliver to me will only do so if I call the order in. Neither the app or the website will allow me to select delivery, regardless of the decently close proximity. Like ten to fifteen minutes proximity...

I had the best Pizza Hut Pizza in years. Ron the cook made it exactly like I love the new Detroit Pizza. He nailed it. Customer service still exists in this world. Ron was great.
