Dan the man-ager at this location really went above and beyond for me. I ordered through the app a turkey original and wanted to use my perks towards a free sandwich. Unfortunately, the app was not reflecting 0.00 amount when doing so. So long story short, it totally charged me, I asked to speak with someone. Dan asked what the problem was and I informed him the troubles with the app. He showed concern and listened even though he was busy, he made the time for me! He said "No problem, I'll refund your money before the EOD." He's a man of his word, great customer shown skills and my hat goes off to him also for running a great staff at this location! Dan's the man!

This is the most unprofessional and the worst Potbelly location I’ve ever seen. I ordered from them a few weeks ago at work and they added bacon on my sandwich by mistake, when I called them, he didn’t even care and said nothing he can do since they didn’t have anyone to replace my order, so I ended up throwing it out and have no lunch that they. Today I just ordered from them again and they sent me a wrong soup with my order, very stupid and never order from these clowns again.

Wow. Started fasting today for religious reasons. Ordered food for my family and drove all the way to the store to find out somebody closed the business 30 minutes before actual closing. What a shame. Making sandwiches must have really worn out the staff to leave 30 minute prior to closing! You guys keep killing it! God bless!

This location is great. The food is good, and the service is good, but the online ordering system with Potbelly is so glitchy, and they had a software glitch where I couldn't use my giftcards for months after purchasing them!To make matters worse, they said they'd had this issue before but told me I had to go back to where I bought them to seek a refund. But the only issue is with their system, so I couldn't return them.Absolutely horrible customer support for their website.Again, this restaurant is good though! I just had problems with Potbelly corporate

Today we have office lunch, we ordered some salads and some sandwiches. However, the lettuce shows Rusty Brown spots and on the cutting edge too, are they from yesterday? Panera Bread has similar problem but Potbelly is the worst.Potbelly was a fresh bread, better ingredients sandwiches store. Just not any more.

Ugh...went here on Thursday 9/14 Elk Grove potbelly on Busse . Ordered a farmhouse salad and it was so full of brown lettuce, I could only eat half!! I would have taken it back but I was at work. Not a lot of smiles at this place either which come on, if you choose to work in a retail/restaurant setting, own it! I've worked in both and that's the name of the game along with fresh ingredients. Beware when ordering a salad here, it was very disappointing

Typical atmosphere, they've given me the wrong order 3 out of the last 4 times I've visited. The most recent time, only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through, so not very busy.
I ordered the BLTA (original size sandwich) and there was the smallest piece of avocado on one end of the sandwich. It's frustrating that on a sandwich that has only 4 ingredients on it, 1 ingredient was almost non-existent, especially when paying as much as it costs, for just the 1 sandwich. Otherwise, the sandwich was good....but it was essentially just a BLT. I've gotten this same sandwich, from another location, and it was covered, from end to end, with all ingredients, including avocado, so it was very disappointing to have so little, on the sandwich I got today.

Great Potbellys. The location is a little bit hard to get to because of the design of the parking lot but if you are in the area it's well worth stopping in. The foid is good, the crew very friendly and fun to chat with and is very clean and well maintained.

Quality food delivered by friendly faces. This Potbelly is consistently good. Minus one star due to the parking. Around lunchtime, it's very possible that there isn't a single space available in their tiny parking lot.

*ONE STAR REVIEW* Ordered the BLTA which clearly reads on their menu APPLEWOOD BACON but instead the bacon used was heavily caked with black pepper. Would've avoided this sandwich if the description read black pepper bacon. Had to pull the bacon off the sandwich and found it to be not much there yet very fatty. Apparently, ordering from this restaurant was a mistake.
