Got off work and wanted to get a sandwhich before going to bed (an hour after opening) but when i arrived none of the food was prepped yet and he was still cleaning. Understandable i suppose until 15 minutes later he still wasnt ready to take us so we left and went to the 24/7 subway near Oakton Ave. He wasnt rude but not having anything ready almost an hour and a half into opening is kinda lame.

This place is a joke. I went there today, ordered "the beast", #30 on their menu boasting a half pound of meat consists of pepperoni, salami, turkey, ham, roast beef, double provolone cheese and what I get was literally half of the meat I get on the same sandwich in other locations. They filled it with lettuce. It blows my mind how can you pay $45.40 for two of those sandwiches and still not get what you suppose to.They won't see me there anymore.I should have trust 3.2 star reviews on Google and never go there.

Avoid this place like a plague. It used to be good. Recently I had a bad experience, so I figured I'd give them another chance. I ended up with a repeat. If you want old bread, brown wilted slimy lettuce, tomatoes that look almost yellow, and paper thin lunch meat that is almost non existent on the sandwich, then this is the place for you. Hell - they even skimp on the nasty veggies. What you get for a $10 sandwich, is mostly stale bread.I'm done with this location. There are too many other better Subways near by, than to waste my time here ever again! Neither should you!!! Maybe if people stopped spending their money here, they might get the message that they are selling customers garbage.Enough said!

Service was TERRIBLE! I stood there waiting to be acknowledged/greeted for several minutes. Finally the guy behind me in line asked if I was ready? I replied yes, I am waiting for the guy behind the counter. Never said Hello, may I help you? just stood there with a dry rude expression. I started to leave but I just drove 2 hours from Milwaukee and need something to take to my hotel. He put no lettuce nothing on the first footlong he told me onions & bell peppers go on it and slid the sandwich down. I just wanted to get out of there before I lost my cool & caused a scene. $33 for two footlong sandwiches one almost bare no veggies; 2 sodas & 2 chips. Lesson well received! I will never spend a dime here ever again and be treated like that. Very rude and no customer service skills! He needs to work in another occupation that doesnt require customer service with the public. Oh yeah and I tipped $1. Hopefully he invest it in a new personality.

Sub makers alway friendly. Subs perfectly done. Close to our home.
The guy behind the counter had limited English language skills. This made the ordering process extremely difficult. Because of this, the "quality" of sub I usually get at subways was subpar. Additionally, I had a coupon for a subway sub that they refused to honor. Next time I want a subway I'll stick to my neighborhood subway and steer clear of this one.

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff however they do not speak and understand English very well. Not busy at all since I was their only customer. Food tasted fine. They have no bathroom.

I loved the concept, allows you to satisfy a craving with just what you want in your sandwich. I’m really a subway fan. a wide choice available to choose your menu or your own recipe. It’s a great place for lunch. Although would be a great quick dinner as well. Loved subway for a quick, fresh, custom made sub at a great price. Excellent place to get a quick bite to eat a delicious food. Quality sandwiches at the top, variety of topping was fantastic. clean restaurant permanently. Friendly, pleasant staff and the service was fast. Fantastic customer service. Craving satisfied. And would definitely recommended.
