I drive by this place very frequently. I saw the less than stellar reviews posted previously and was curious about the food. I went in for dinner tonight and had a steak burrito dinner. They did an excellent job with all of it. I also got a small side of guacamole and added cilantro to the burrito. I come here all the time for lunch. The other day I was charged twice and my credit card company notified me, they suggested I call Viva Zapata first before filing a claim. I called them and they had no problem giving me a refund. I ended up just ordering a new meal either way it was the same thing. The owner was so nice, humble, and appreciative of me for not overreacting to an error that it was not even their fault. Great chat!
