There were some people that got there the same time I did, but workers did not want to serve more people other then me. They were 15 minutes before closing when I had arrived. White castle should announce they close half an hour earlier just so customer's do not have to go out their way just to be waved down to go home.

If I could give no stars I would horrible ordered online for a pick up still had to wait in the drive thru line no way to get in. Then after I waited 20 mins for food I ordered it was COLD how is that possible if I had to wait I was assuming they were making it. But you know what they say when you assume. I will never have the Crave again but if I do I will think of the White castle on Oakton, and it will go away

This location is very clean just very slow. The drive through was very long so my friends and I decided to go in we waited about 8 minutes before the people in the kitchen took our order or even say anything to us. We were a group of 5 so it's not like it was hard to miss us or our crazy convos. Took a good 15 min for all of our food. They are very short staffed only three people were working on a weekend evening. Only good part was the food was hot and fresh.

Terrible cold burgers after waiting in drive through line almost 25 minutes. Slowest moving workers I ever seen. Lobby was even closed and they could not move the drive through line along. Then my food was ice cold and gross!! Where is the management.

30 mins just to take order even after 5 staff they have why do the run drive thru when cant handle. Manager also doesnt have any concern to solve customer issue
