Ordered the Reuben☹️ Never again it had some meat in the Middle of the dry bread, no thousand Island dressing and barley any sauerkraut on it at all, what happened to you Arby's you used to have great sandwiches and now you Lost it. Sad for what you charged for it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Arby's. I was on vacation and ordered a smokehouse sandwich combo by Uber Eats and when it arrived and I opened the sandwich box and lifted the sandwich a small roach crawled out. I was immediately disgusted and called the restaurant to inform them. When I spoke to the manager she wasn't even apologetic or embarrassed. She simply responded 'ok' when I informed her of the incident.

Was using Google maps to find something quick to eat, and Arby's it was. What a disappointment, who told Arby's it was a good idea to eliminate the hot ham and cheese sandwich from their menu? I had a bacon Swiss sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Both of them were very bland! A total waste of money. The curly fries were well done and crisp but lacked any impressive flavor. The best thing that happened was the CSR Maria who was extremely kind and helpful trying to assist with my Google pay.
I placed an order for 2 sandwiches and wanted to try a new menu item. Once my order was ready I was told it was going to take too long for the bites so I was given a mix of jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks, and only one of my sandwiches.

Had a steak and cheese sandwich ? not all that great it was my first time eating ate Arby's thought it would be good? they don't have italin beef? and if the cheese steak was horrible was bad can't imagen the other sandwiches plus drive throu lady was not friendly actually was a Karen si she thought?? however curl fries were very good!Parking: Difficult to find the correct entrance ?
