today i went to the dunkin' donuts and ordered a cookie coffee. when i got my drink it looked super watered down and when i asked if it can be remade with more creamer i was told no and was handed creamer to add in myself. no big deal. until i went to pour the creamer into my coffee and it was chunky and smelt vial. i turned around and asked for a manager and there "was no manager"... okay? than the worker tried to fight me on it and said the creamer was "frozen". finally after going back and fourth she smelled the creamer and agreed it was expired but "no one complained"? but when we asked for a refund she said she cannot do that either! so fine remake my drink, but she tried to hand me a cup of cream. and i argued again, please REMAKE my coffee. finally she hands it back and as i'm pulling way she called me a "bitch". which was so uncalled for. i do NOT recommend this dunkin unless you want to be insulted or be sick from expired creamer.

We went there today at 205pm. We ordered the medium iced coffee for $2.00 as they advertise on the sign. They refused to honor it. It's under new ownership. Looks like they are worse than the last. Avoid them, they will rip you off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went to pick up a mobile order (munchkins and 1 donut) and get to the window and find out they are out of donuts. They refused to give me my money back and then told me to call customer service. Guess who is closed on Saturdays. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible business model. Not to mention why can't the app refund money or at least start the process (like door dash)

My husband just left this Dunkin Donuts with our 4 year old son and was told to "go fuck himself" after he asked for the status of his food by some woman named Ramin. We get this treatment in the suburbs of Elmhurst, IL? On a Sunday with our SON?To be clear- my husband went with our son to Dunkin this Sunday for a father son morning. They went inside and were having a carefree time. He then ordered hash browns and a wake-up wrap---waited 15 minutes and asked the status. They told him "to be patient" despite the fact two other individuals walked in, and got their food first. Then after another 5-10 min and a second attempt asking if the food would be ready soon she begrudgingly threw the wrap in and said he needed to be patient because they were serving drive through customers (there was no one else inside). He said thank you and as he walked out (again- with our 4 year old son) and employee Ramin told him to "go fuck himself".It gets even better- my husband asks to speak to the manager, Neena. And she tells us she is sorry and she "will maybe write her up". And completely disregarded the situation at hand. You get a warning for telling a customer to go fuck themselves?! But can be fired for showing up late?!We will no longer be supporting any Dunkin establishments. Ever. And highly encourage you all to not either and do NOT bring your kids here unless you want them subjected to profanity and unacceptable behavior that is clearly not controlled by their management.

Under new ownership but somehow they got worse. Been here a few times and it's always so slow. Today I used the drive thru, there were only 2 people ahead of me. Waited over 20 minutes only to be given the wrong order. When I went inside to complain and just get a refund the girl said it was because they had a long line. I've been to plenty of Dunkin's before way busier than this one, and this is the worst.

Just went to this "24 hour DD"With my son. We went to drive through window. The lady said she could not help us unless we order in the app. Was unable to order on app and pulled to window . She said she didn't know how to work the app and that it was "our problem" she swore at us and pretended to call the cops- while on camera -We were just fine. Will call her manager tomorrow but after reading reviews - it's sounds like a lot of bad people work here and a lot of bad experiences unfortunately

I think it is the best. My wife says it is sweeter than most. I don't know if that's true but I do know that I love the taste. This last visit I had a large chocolate malt with whipped cream and a cookie. Awesome!

Very bad service. This morning I ordered dozen donuts with my app. I drove to pickup she says I need to order that on the microphone that I didn't understand as there is no instructions. Now it gets interesting, I get a box of donuts with no napkins. So I ask for napkins, she gives me two. I say this is for more than two people I will need more and I will need a bag with this. She grabs bunch of napkins and almost throw at me and says I need to ask nicer. I would think these should be within basic services. I told her fine, I will not come here anymore she says fine. It's a start of the morning raising my blood pressure for purchase and bringing them sale. So bad services I would be afraid if they might spit in my food or drinks. Don't know how dissatisfied I am.

This baskin Robbins sucks the people working there don't know how to make a Sunday ( a Sunday is usually vanilla with hot fudge) I tell her to give me a Sunday and she gives me regular vinnila ice cream. I go back in the line and ask for hot fudge and she charges me again for another Sunday when I only wanted hot fudge on mine because that's what a Sunday is.
