Ordered a coolatta instead I got a “mexican raspado” ? I mean aren’t coolatta’s supposed to be like a smoothie? Also you can barely taste the flavor.

This baskin Robbins sucks the people working there don't know how to make a Sunday ( a Sunday is usually vanilla with hot fudge) I tell her to give me a Sunday and she gives me regular vinnila ice cream. I go back in the line and ask for hot fudge and she charges me again for another Sunday when I only wanted hot fudge on mine because that's what a Sunday is.

Today I ordered a large ice coffee and kids ice cream in a cup they charged me for ice cream and a bag of 5 mini donuts one was bitten into and the lady at the window seemed like she needed to go home and smoke a bowl she was super Moody she probably hasn't been laid in like 8 years but anyway they charge me for a bag of covid-19 mini donuts and I still had to pay for the coffee never got a refund for the donuts or Receipt Just a bad time thanks carol baskin

Service was not good and the gal who waited on us in the drive thru was unknowledgeable on certain menu items. I ordered a vanilla sundae with hot fudge. I got very little hot fudge with ice cream like ice milk. I didn't even eat it. No answer when I called to complain

Orders always wrong. Check your bag. Female worker there did not wash her hands after going to bathroom. I went in after her and sink was bone dry. Avoid the aggravation they don't understand anything.

Wait was 20 minutes for a chai latte. Girl gave me a coffee not a chai latte. I informed her. She went back took more time and brought another coffee. Still haven't received my chai latte.

Worst service ever I go here everyday since it’s the local Dunkin. They’re always short staffed in the mornings when it should be over staffed since it’s the busiest time. The machines are always breaking down. They always run out of food in the mornings. Also my orders half the time are messed up! This is ridiculous this is a busy Dunkin, they should have alot of inventory and staff!
i got a banana split but the banana wasnt there !!! mmmh ?
