Nothing like a frozen hot chocolate on an 87 degree day to make anyone smile. This and iced coffee and teas are available, as well as summer special drinks. Cold canned beverages also available. The barista was smiling and efficient. If we lived in Elmhurst, I would be here weekly. There are also baked goods from two local sources

Great spot for a weekday coffee plus you have the coziness of the library with plenty of seating. They also make steamers, hot cocoa and have snacks for little kids.Kid-friendliness: They have kid snacks, kid sized drinks, kid temperatures plus it’s in the library so after you finish your drink in the eating area, you can head over to check out the fish tank, frogs, and garden play area plus so many wonderful books.Parking: Whole library lot

Coffee was amazing! The barista was quick and made me a yummy latte. Will return to try more. Great ambiance and vibe, Very spacious and clean. Parking wasn't too bad. I highly recommend. Can't wait to return and try more yumminess.

Really nice people, good coffee, interesting baked goods; purple yam muffin is gluey/a bit bland, Everything scone a bit dry, but good flavor - both are vegan. Good amount of seating, clean bathroom, some merchandise for sale (shirts, mugs etc).

Got 2 latte's here and they were terrible. They gave us hot cups of milk w basically none or an ounce of coffee cuz that's what it tasted like. We tasted no coffee and it didnt turn the slightest color brown after adding sugar. We spent $12 on hot effing milk. If we hadnt driven off and had some place to go we would've taken it back, but we are def pissed about it. Would not go here again AT ALL. Great reviews were from years ago so dont rely on them now. Ridiculous. I hate Starbucks but even that strong gasoline garbage woulda been better than hot milk.

Brewpubs beverage at EPL hits the spot on a chilly day. Friendly staff and great service.

I think this is called the founders cafe. Anyway, it's the delicious coffee we love in the heart of Elmhurst. This place is much smaller than the other branch I've been to, with a handful of tables and a couple of outdoor tables too. It's across the street from the train so grab a coffee while you wait.
