The food was too little for what you pay. I found out after being on Keto they like to fill you up on the lattice and not much meat. I asked for a little more meat and she said it's an extra charge plus they have cauliflower rice but it's $3.00 more. I was not happy at all for $18.00, it did not fill me up at all.

So ordered online and went to pick up. Opened my bowl when I got home and it was literally empty. Hardly no chicken no rice no beans I payed 24 dollars to get my bowls empty . Food was wsy to salty. I would request a refund actually have to make a complaint online because apparently you cant call the store to complain about the horrible food they serve. Never ever again

Was very disappointed with them, I did an online order and asked for extra items only to be majorly skimped. I had even left a tip in hopes that they would put even just a pinch of love into making my food and they gave me 4 pieces of meat and there was not even any salsa when I asked for some. It was really disheartening as this was a location that frequently did well to include ingredients, but when I ask for extra and I receive less than normal, that feels like a slap in the face. I would advise never using their app and only going in person so you can make sure you get even a normal amount of ingredients. Or just pick a different restaurant where you know they will give you a quantity that’s worth your money.

I was there to get veg bowl to go! Very bad experience. The person preparing my bowl, didn’t greet me first of all. They were low on most of the items. I got very little guac. I asked him to give me what I should get but he kept asking me if I wanted “more”. More means extra charge!!!!! Which wasn’t fair. Then I asked for chips and guac! He filled up the container half! HALF!!!! I had to request him to fill it up all the way at least. He kept looking around. The manager, Sophia, was right next to him. No name tags! I asked for manger and she was right there all the time! They didn’t have any lemons or limes! I found out today they use citrus juice to make guac. I thought they used fresh juice!!!!! What bothered me the most was that the manager also quietly supported this bad customer service… i am never going to this location ever. All the employees, including Sophia, doesn’t even know how to provide customer service, it begins with a smile. That can make people’s day sometime!!

Wow! This is the 2nd time I’m coming to order in person. I always get a bowl with white rice and chicken. Every time they fill the plate is usually 1/4 and I have to ask for extra! They will purposefully fill just enough the cover the bottom! Terrible! The prices have not gone down for them to do that! Not impressed! Save your money!

ordered a bowl, drove 20 minutes back home to realize they gave me the wrong bowl. came back drove ANOTHER 20 minutes from them to not even apologize, then tell us they don’t have even have white rice , so when we ask for a refund the other girl comes from the back and says just give them white rice , then they pull some from the back, the other girl was just being lazy to give us white rice . worst customer service ever . If I could give a negating star I would.
Ordered through door dash , portions were extremely small . Fajitas veggies were mushy , ordered a side of guacamole which was brown and flavorless . Had tracings of an avocados skin in it !! Tried to resolve through door dash was told someone would reach out , called store was hung up on 2

Chipotle is already a mediocre establishment. But this is easily the worst Chipotle in the world. I have traveled around the USA for many years so I have somewhat of an idea what I'm talking about. All the workers are very young high school kids who obviously have never prepared a meal let alone a burrito. Not once have the rolled the burrito correctly. You get a soup instead of the Mexican classic. Never will I go back.

Went in to pick up my online order which was behind the counter but couldn’t get the attention of the employees. Seems like the customers ahead of us were friends or employees as they were busy chitchatting and going behind the counter to give hugs and say goodbye. The “customers” left and the employees continued to ignore us. I actually had to get their attention for them to just hand me my order! Service is just not the best here, which is why we online order.

This specific location isn’t the best chipotle there is. I ask for double meat yet still manage to get the amount of one scoop. I think it’s better to drive a few miles than go to this location in ELMHURST. They just skip you out a lot on things like guac and meats. But the service is pretty good. Just average teenagers working who are super friendly!

It's Chipotle, so you know what you are getting... Inconsistent portions depending on who prepares the burrito. The bathrooms have punch codes so random people can't stroll in and use it without purchases first.
