Tonight ordered a banana split and there was no whip cream or nuts, when asked the server doesn’t it come with nuts he said no and ignored my request. He seemed he was so “happy” to be working tonight.

The food was good but seemed understaffed. There were two people working, but only one was running the register and getting food to the people in line. The one person that was serving customers only slightly nodded at me to indicate he was ready to take my order. When he did speak I had to ask him to speak up as he was mumbling his questions to me.I also found the attached signs interesting.

The stars are not for the worker that was working I give him 5 STARS!!! He was working a Saturday ALONE. Who is managing this store! It was extremely busy and he's doing the job of 5 people. Very disheartening. Sorry but this store is not my favorite I'd go some where better managed.

I Made A Late Night Run To Get A Strawberry Milkshake And A Guy By The Name Of Jr Was Working By Himself. He Had Quite A Few Costumers And He Had Them In And Out. He Was Very Fast And Pleasant. HE NEEDS A RAISE!!

Terrible I dont understand how after all the bad reviews nothing has changed. We ordered through uber and they didn't send 4 of our drinks, the hot dog buns were extra hard and the pretzels we ordered seemed to have mold. Never again none of us including the kids were happy.
Ice cream is good but the store is always filthy dirty…everything g from the doors, handles, chairs, and tables . Every time I’ve come into this DQ it is dirty

The clown show being run here is embarrassing for Dairy Queen and Elmhurst. The 4 young men working Sunday evening on 6/11 were absolutely horrible. The female manager who was in decides to cuss in front of the customers of which were children. Management needs to be addressed and these young men need to be trained in manners and customer service.
