Indian woman employee is rude. They charge for everything at an excessive price if you ask to have a drink made right. Went to do homework at 8 and 30 minutes before closing at 9:30 pm she was staring at us as if it was our queue to leave. Hostile environment.

The Indian lady here said that that the next time I ask for more Carmel swirl she’s charging me. I ordered a Charlie Cold Brew I’ve had this drink 5 times and it’s been phenomenal. It’s not my fault the Charlie she made wasn’t Charlie -cold brewing. She’s acting like it’s coming out of her pocket. We make things with human error it happens but there won’t be a next time and if there was I still wouldn’t be paying.

today i went to the dunkin' donuts and ordered a cookie coffee. when i got my drink it looked super watered down and when i asked if it can be remade with more creamer i was told no and was handed creamer to add in myself. no big deal. until i went to pour the creamer into my coffee and it was chunky and smelt vial. i turned around and asked for a manager and there "was no manager"... okay? than the worker tried to fight me on it and said the creamer was "frozen". finally after going back and fourth she smelled the creamer and agreed it was expired but "no one complained"? but when we asked for a refund she said she cannot do that either! so fine remake my drink, but she tried to hand me a cup of cream. and i argued again, please REMAKE my coffee. finally she hands it back and as i'm pulling way she called me a "bitch". which was so uncalled for. i do NOT recommend this dunkin unless you want to be insulted or be sick from expired creamer.

Make sure you don’t go through the drive thru, because they make you park and wait for your order. I have never seen a Dunkin’ Donuts that does this.

I had to drive around to find this one but they were open. The gentleman behind counter was busy but he still helped me right away and was very pleasant. I like how bright it was inside and he wasn't acting like he was mad at the world.

Only Dunkin who makes you pull up and wait for a damn coffee when no one is behind you. Employees also multiple times scammed me not receiving my change back. Rude. Distasteful place. I feel like the employees have a box of rocks as a brain because they make no sense having ppl move up to creat a cluster fuuuck for everyone at. Stay away from this dump

Why on Earth would you put the sign saying the drive-thru is open 24 hours a day when it is clearly not. This Dunkin hasn't been opened at night time for a long time.

This location just got renovated. The staff went out of their way to fulfill my late order. The donuts tasted fresh. Also this location is actually cheaper than the villa park location.Parking: There are a few spots at this location, but enough for customers to get in and out easily. Most customers use the drive-thru.
