The best bbq around hands down. Super Smokey flavor and smoked to perfection. My only gripes was you have to order at the counter and they call your name. I stalled the line a bit cause I didn’t know the menu but it’s not that difficult to do either. I’m guessing less staff = lower prices and I didn’t think it was crazy expensive, it’s decent. Second gripe was the paper towels in the center of the table, should be off to the side but no biggey, easy work around. Great place though! I’ll be back.

Pretty good! Compared to: Dave’s Famous BBQ, Sweet Baby Rays, and a couple other bbq places I’ve been to— I’d say Firewater is better than most. Their ribs were very good, and the smoked brisket burnt ends were awesome. My husband said the cornbread and potato salad were perfect, too. More variety in side dishes would be a desirable addition.

I'm not sure what everyone thinks is so great. The entire staff is doing there own thing. The ribs were tasty but maybe warm. It's basically a serve your self joint while they All are on their phones. Full trash cans was also a downer.
