Today was my first time at this location. Jerrell (I hope I am spelling his name right) was great. While making my sandwich, he was engaging in conversation ... asking how my day was, if I had plans tonight, etc. While doing all of this, he was sure to greet everyone else that walked in and thank them as they walked out.I would definitely go back to this location because of the great service. Ordered The Veggie Sub,not that veggie anymore, after seeing how ingredients got handled with the same gloves, that had just touched greasy bacon and other meatsVegetarian options: wish they could handle the Veggie subs separately from all the meats that are touched with the same gloves of

This is absolutely hands down the WORST jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. Purchase lunch for my employees a couple times a week (roughly $200 each time) and I can’t think of a time they’ve EVER gotten it right. This time they managed to mess up 7 of 9 subs.. & then the manager had the audacity to be rude and act like it was our fault on the phone. NEVER will we EVER go back & I suggest you all do the same!!!!!!Update- my other two employees just got back… they actually messaged up all 9 subs!! How were they unable to get even one sub right???

Glad they were able to make Philly without green peppers! I know weird right? Also ordered an Italian-but all I could taste was the ham. Needs less ham & more Italian meats - salami, pepperoni, etc.
