Rude staff, almost feel like my business is an inconvenience. And if you ask for a $13 sub to made a certain way (no lettuce) they look at you dumbfounded. Unfortunately, this Jimmy John's is the closest to me and my family enjoys it but it kills me to come to this particular location.

This was my first time at this Jimmy John's location and unfortunately it will be my last time.I ordered the turkey tom and as you can tell the presentation is sloppy. I really wish I took a picture of the inside. They barely put any meat on this sandwich. What meat you see on the outside (that should be on the inside of the sandwich), is all the meat there was. For the price you pay, this sandwich is not up to standards.The staff also wasn't friendly and they were not fast like Jimmy John's is known for. There are way better Jimmy John's locations and I suggest you skip this one.

The woman had her 10 year old working behind the counter. The guy with the beard was on his cell phone the whole time and was just rude. Won't be back here again. - Update: Reported this issue using the link that they provided and there was still no reply from management which tells me that they just do not care. Stay far away from this location.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Most seem like online orders or pickups. Treated with kindness and respect. I see they have more side toppings than other jimmys Johns so it's a plus. Sandwich was great, service was great.

I ordered my food went to stand in the pick up spot and slipped on the large puddle of water, no biggie it happens. Advised staff hey there is a puddle on the floor. They looked at me yeah and... Therer were like 5 staff no one made a move to pick up the spill. The server was rude. The place was disorganized. Whatever happened too management?

Stopped in and ordered a wrap and requested no cucumbers. I got home opened it up and it had cucumber (I'm allergic). I called the store, they told me I could come back in or they can get me a free sub next time I'm in the store. The guy who answered the phone was useless and said there's nothing they can do. There were four people making sandwiches, you'd assume one of them would catch the mistake.

Delivery is painfully slow. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver order to St Charles Rd in Villa Park literally about 5 minutes away.This has happened the last two times I ordered so I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 130$ worth of subs for the whole crew on lunch. They messed up everyone’s up and they only would fix it if we brought them back and waited for the new ones not very accommodating. JUS GO

I visited this location on Mother's Day this past Sunday. I ordered 2 sandwiches before my son and I headed into the city for the day. It's the same order I have made for many years, a slim #2 and #13 with no mayonnaise cut in half, but this is not the normal locationi visit. As I made the order inside the store, there were maybe 5 employees behind the counter making sandwiches, 1 employee sitting at a table, and I was the only customer. I waited for my sandwiches inside, and a few orders were in front of me. After they gave the sandwiches to me, I went back to my car where my son was waiting. I checked his sandwich, and it was made incorrect. My sandwich was made correct. I went back into the store and asked for a new sandwich, I want upset but the employee behind the cash register slightly argued with me. He did make the sandwich, and I didn't order the sandwich from him initially. At this point, the employee who was sitting at the table this entire time started arguing with me as well. He told me that his name was "Dan" and also told me he was the manager. He then said "yah you ordered it wrong, I heard you." I turned around to him, I'm sure, looking confused and asked why he's even arguing with the only customer in the store. Things then got heated. He was rude, loud, aggressive, and refused to apologize. He got more confrontational with me in the store as I stood there in shock. He then walked behind the register, and Dan started to make fun of me loudly in front of every male employee in the store as they huddled around him. The employees were all laughing. I was the only customer and was female. I felt very uneasy and offended that asking for a remake slim #2 would lead to such an ordeal. I walked out of the store as they kept laughing and got in my car, I was upset and shaking. I took a picture of the building with the address to file a complaint and started to reverse to leave. My son then started screaming in fear as the manager Dan came out of the store and ran in front of my car. Dan was screaming profanity and taking pictures of my license plate and car. Dan came out of the store running at my car with my son in the front seat!!!! I felt threatened, scared, and didn't know what he was going to do as he wouldn't stop screaming and yelling. I left the lot and drove away, getting very upset. As soon as I got to my destination, I reviewed the store and asked for someone to call me to talk about this more. Today is Tuesday, 2 days after the aggressive incident happened, and I haven't heard anything from corporate or the stores owner about this

Ran in to the store looking to grab a half sandwich quickly. There were two men working. I was in and out in 2 minutes. They thanked me for stopping in and told me to have a good day
