First, it is rare that they get an order right. Meaning, if I come in here for three sandwiches, at least one is going to be wrong, every time.Second, the service is by far some of the worst fast food service and definitely the worst Jimmy John’s service I’ve ever experienced over multiple visits. That’s why I try not to come to the place. At other Jimmy John’s stores, they greet you you can chitchat with them. Here, you try to be friendly to these people, and they literally just stare at you and don’t respond. They ignore you if you’re standing at the register you have to get their attention. Unbelievable.When you’re standing at the counter, the person behind the register just glares at you. No greeting no hello and they have a look on your face like you’re a jerk, when you say hello to them first. They barely seem to be paying attention to what you’re ordering, which probably explains why the orders are usually wrong.Then, when you get your sandwiches in your order, they don’t bag them up for you. You literally have to ask for bags and bag your own multi sandwich order up yourself. They don’t give you napkins so you have to request napkins. They just slide the sandwiches over to you across the counter and say here’s your order and walk away.The store screams poorly run no training no standard for customer friendliness. It is a garbage sandwich shop for that reason and I try to avoid it as much as possible. The young people working there are not being coached or taught or mentored on how to take care of customers.Go to a different location even if you have to drive a little bit out of your way.

This store has the absolute best service I've had ANYWHERE!! From management to delivery these guys and gals provide STELLAR service. Fast, courteous and friendly. They ALL need raises.

The sandwich is a sandwich, you can’t really mess it up.The staff needs training on how to interact with customers. The two workers I interacted with needed some help with Eye contact, voice projections and speaking clearly. They weren’t rude, but basic wait skills were lacking.The restaurant was just mopped and smelled horribly of mildew. HORRIBLE

Very satisfied with my experience. The female team member with pink-dyed hair and arm tattoos was genuinely kind and treated my family and me very well. She was eager to offer me anything I might want on the menu. She was working hard all over the place between service and keeping busy in what seemed like a slow evening. And she gave us excess bread so it wouldn’t go to waste. Jimmy John’s: please invest in her and she will make you a lot of money.

Hey guy’s it is within your best interest to try the new BBQ and Ranch wrap! To die for ! I tried it and will definitely get it again. I tried to redeem my B-Day free sandwich thing but it wasn’t working the associate took care of me and I was ecstatic! Thank you so very much! Almost forgot try the home style potato salad.

OMG this Thai chicken wrap is absolutely amazing. Justine was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and was very attentive. Great personality and happy she works there. I will be back for both the excellent food and service.

Worst service ever. I could say my sandwich had just two slices of bread little veggies and 6 pcs. Cucumber slices which I didn't ask for. There was hardly any tuna which I ordered.I would never go there again. In general I noticed service is very poor and employees are very rude, especially to nonwhite customers.

2 hours from order to delivery. Breads soggy and guacamole is brown cuz they were prepared and sat the whole time. No apology and paid full price.

Just payed over $5 for a lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber sandwich with 1 piece of cheese. No more Avacado spread? How is this even possible, you should be embarrassed to even wrap this up! No more Jimmy johns, thankfully there are many other GOOD sandwich places around!And the automated response can also go, actually try caring or don't bother!!

The only thing consistent about this business is incorrect orders and terrible service. They are usually out of items we want like chips, kickin ranch, or they don’t have delivery. Also, they never follow directions on customizing sandwiches. I don’t know why I keep coming back here. Today was my last day ordering from this joke of a restaurant.

Wow! My issue is not with the three youngsters who were working but rather the lack of leadership and training that it was clear they did not get. I ordered a simple turkey and cheese sandwich. I ended up so frustrated that I walked with no sandwich AFTER I paid. Jimmy John's, you're better than this!

Delivery sucks,i ordered almost a hour later no food..subs so fast my a** and the sassy zesty guy that answered the phone wasnt any help either he hung up on me when i called again asking about my order..no wonder people dont tip anymore
