There was a jagged piece of a plastic bag in my Big Mac and I didn’t notice until I had almost swallowed it. I contacted McDonalds and someone from corporate reached out to me to talk. They then said they would forward it to the GM of the location, who then never contacted me for any type of follow up or compensation. Never going back to this location
I've been coming here for about 10 years. Service is always fast, friendly, and amazing. One issue I have is that the sweet tea from the drive thru is ALWAYS bad. It tastes like water and there is not enough ice. Every time, I have to get out of my car, go in the lobby, dump the sweet tea and get more. The tea in the lobby is always perfect. Why can't it be made the same way in back?!
