I have been to 151 two times before this time. The service the food is top notch! Perfectly located in the middle of Elmhurst downtown. Even though we have a lot of different restaurants around it. If you want something slightly different this is a place to go.Parking: Parking is sometime difficult. But there is a parking garage a block away behind the movie theater.

Walked in during lunch time (about 1pm) and stood with my wife for ten minutes before being so much as acknowledged by a host. We were made to feel unwelcome there by not one but two other parties, making it clear that this is not an LGBTQ friendly or trans friendly or safe place. If the staff would have been more attentive to any of the guests this could have been prevented or even addressed. Our server took our orders and only ever was seen again after we had finished eating. Food was way overpriced for the mediocre at best quality.

If you're looking for a quality menu, relaxed rustic contemporary vibe, and efficient service, come here! Everyone is pleasant and the food is AMAZING! There are yummy seasonal cocktails to try and traditional desserts. Thank you Claire for the amazing service! ?

The food was very good, the place was very nice, but the waitress's treatment was really bad, it even felt discriminatory. I wouldn't go again just for that.

Service was slow. Was not impressed by the food presentation. Smaller portions and playing was a little messy

Love 151! Food and service is always stellar. Great food, great drinks, great service. Perfect for a date night, or even family night out.

The food is always so good! But the service is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are. If they are busy, the waits for your server are long. But when they are slow the service is fast, obviously that makes sense when the staff is busy or not. The drinks are priced well and pair perfectly with the food options. A lovely space both inside and out.

The food was really good and fresh. However it felt like our waiter didn't check on us enough. We order cocktails with an app and then wanted to order drinks with dinner but the waiter didn't come by our table again until we were almost done eating.

Had this restaurant on my want to go list. The food was very good. I don't really eat mushrooms, but the roasted chicken with wild mushrooms was delicious. The drinks were solid, and the service was good. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Food was very overpriced - my husband and I could’ve gotten a meal at Ramsays Kitchen for the same prices that’s better than here. It was $18 to add steak to a $26 pasta that had no protein in it to begin. If you go to fire and wine in Glen Ellyn, it is $12 to add hangar steak. Had we known it was $18, we would’ve just gotten a burger and fries for the same price. We asked for margaritas and the waitress /bartender gave us the most expensive tequila without asking us if we were okay with a $19 margarita that was probably half the small glass if you took the ice out. Our cocktail from the main list was less expensive than that - I was not expecting more than a $12 margarita. She did ask us if we cared what tequila and we said no but had I known they’d give us a high end expensive tequila, I would’ve said give us a cheaper tequila. I’m very disappointed with the communication from the waitress about the excessive prices of some of these items. The lobster bisque was $19 and disappointing as well. We will not be coming back here.
