No caramel in iced coffee mocha. Always out of bagels by 9:00am due to not ordering enough for store. Poor customer service by staff & management when trying to resolve order issues. Will not be going back.

Unfortunately could not get the order from Oak Brook, they are always great! $100+ Catering order and this what you get...bagels tossed in a bag, no plates and a very grumpy lady when I picked up the order. Worst Panera I've ever visited!

Placed a large mobile order to celebrate my team’s accomplishment (Wild Fire Harley) and my buddy George at the local Panera had everything ready and waiting for me a little early. It was packaged perfectly and had everything that I needed from cups to creamer to napkins. My team was super excited and super thankful and George was a rockstar! Thank you, Panera, job well done!

Panera is way over priced. The flat bread pizza is nasty. You should use normal tomato sauce. It tastes like peppers. It ruins the whole Margherita pizza.

moved nearby and have tried 3 times in the last month and everytime my order was messed up... first 2 times was ok because i asked for no bacon on chicken blt.. not a big deal as i can just take it off, but 3rd time i ordered with cheese and was charged for it, that's where i draw the line... it came WITH bacon that i asked to keep off yet again and NO cheese that i paid extra for.... again not a huge deal but when the sandwich is 15 dollars, it should come the way i order it.... 3rd strike is out

Every time I visit panera the food and quality of ingredients is worse and worse. It almost hurts to pay so much for a lunch that's just not cutting it at all. Today I had the green goddess Cobb salad and the tomatoes on the salad were absolutely disgusting I had to set them aside. The chicken on my salad was half frozen.... Like who wants to eats a salad with frozen pieces of chicken ?? Also I used to love their side of bread in the past but now it's like way too floury/dense/stale. This was my last time at Panera for now..... please reevaluate your food.
