Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then was handed cold food. Was at 2pm, not busy at all. Something must have happened recently because I keep seeing reviews that are similar. Hopefully they get this place back on track.

I recently visited a local Portillo’s, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing due to the unusually slow service. On this particular day, the wait times were excessive to such a degree that I was forced to cancel part of my order, as it seemed it might never come. I should have paid more attention to the recent negative reviews.

Came here a lot back in 2018 and it was the best Portillos in the city.Came back in 2024 with my now-wife to introduce her to Portillo’s, and it’s still the best Portillo’s in the city.
Love this location. They have it dialed in unlike other locations, fast, hot and fresh. Every time we come it’s the same quality. Thank you!!

So yummy! I got the Maxwell and my boyfriend got a burger, we also had the fries and cheese sauce. Really good fast food! Definitely try it if you’re in the area.

Horrible, ordered a chopped salad for lunch , the salad was old ( lettuce wilted and soggy) and there was hardly any chicken in it mostly tomatoes.
