Staff was helpful and friendly. Great weather so doors were open to outside. Large indoor with plenty of seating. Dozens of drink options that let you try as much as you want of anything. Obviously subjective but good pop punk and current pop music. The food looked good online but I was in Chicago for a day and wanted to try Lous and they accommodated and let me hang out and drink. Great place!

Recently went here and was happy to see we had most of the place to ourselves (we went around 3pm). I was super excited and loved the range of beer/cider that was there. However, I think the beer's temperature was too high because the beer was impossible to pour. Each time, no matter how slow I poured, no matter the glass tilt, the beer came out super fast with uncontrollable foam. I've worked at a bar previously, and the beer temp seems that it'd be the problem because that kind of foam happened when kegs got warm either on accident, or something broke in the system.I hope the next time we go out that this is fixed! This place would be on the next level if the beer was super cold so you don't get an avalanche of foam, and you could get your money's worth.

Wow been here a few times but always so dang good!! We went on March 19 and werent sure if they'd be open but they were open, and we had great service and a great atmosphere to hang out with some friends and enjoy some great beverages and food. Highly recommended for everyone to check out! It may end up being your new go to place like it will be for us!

Bad...all around...avoid this place. Offered us a free dessert with out to go order "cuz it's a slow night and we appreciate your order". Got home to see they substituted our entrees. When I called they said "yeah we didn't have what you ordered. That's why we gave you a dessert." I asked why they didn't call about our order and they just kept saying "but we gave you a dessert." ‍

Drove all the way out there for my “reservation” only for it to be closed. I understand things are different during this time, but they should keep on top of reservations/reservation websites like this one.

Melissa was great and made everything easy to understand. The pineapple cider is the best!

I would consider this restaurant a gem in Elmhurst downtown. This was a nice date night for my husband and I since we are big fans of the self-pour option. If you are a beer lover, plenty of options to choose from. You can easily make this into your own "beer-tasting" experience and try out several interesting flavors. I wish they had more cocktail options (which are somewhat on the pricier side), however, the margarita was delicious! The ambience was super chill, not too loud, which I prefer. The food was good-- loved the shrimp tacos and especially the cookie dough eggrolls (ORDER THEM!) I would definitely be back at again.

Red Arrow is a great place to grab a sandwich and a beer. The beer selection is great, so many to choose from. I highly recommend the burgers and tacos !!!!

Very overpriced for the mediocre quality and quantity we received. As much as we enjoy Easy Mac... and a few slices of deli meat it was not worth $19. Added $4 to have pulled pork "added" to the Mac n cheese entree. We got a few slices without sauce even on them. Over $20 for 6 flights. For being in a good location and nice nice atmosphere there could be a LOT of improvements. Would only recommend if you wanted a good variety of different alcohol try. Do not waste money on the food.

You get a card when you walk in and the hostess rattled off some directions. You have to order yourself on an iPad at the table. There were many beer choices as expected, but only 4 mixed drink choices. I started to pour myself some blue vodka drink from the tap and was shocked when I looked down for a moment to fill my glass and looked back up. The price was already at $15! I had to stop short of filling my glass. We ordered the pulled pork, brisket with Mac n cheese meal. The meat was rather dry and tough. The Mac n cheese was ok, but spicy because it had jalapeño in it. The cole slaw was inedible, the worst we've ever tried. I would not recommend this place at all. The neighborhood has many other restaurants nearby and I'm really sorry that we didn't choose another one. Any other one.

The cheese curds, chopped salad and chipotle chicken tacos were all very good. Many beer, wine and other selections available by the ounce for self pours. Our server, Gloria, was friendly and attentive.

This place is one of my favorite places to get a cold drink and a burger I really enjoy the burgers here but tonight I stopped in after work the service From Melissa was great but the food on the other hand I asked for medium well I got it well done the bacon was over cooked The best part of the burger was the mushrooms and the cheese and the side of tots way over cooked idk what it was but tonight’s burger was kind of a disappointment but the service Melissa gave definitely made up for my food

This is a DIY restaurant - you order your food and some drinks from a tablet, the beer is self pour. Fun concept for a group, but lack of server interaction wasn't great for solo dining. Self pour beer was a great way to try new options - they even offer taster flutes. Food tasted good but preparation was lacking - pulled pork was weird, tough chunks, the cheese wasn't melted, and the burger bun was soaked and dripping in juices. Never had a messier burger. Server seemed inconvenienced by being there but manager was super helpful and friendly.

Lived in town all my life and just now visiting this place which is fairly new to town. Good food and tons of options for beer. We felt safe eating outside given the coronavirus restrictions in place. Tacos were pricey but would definitely visit here again and recommend to family.
